Situation

*Jess's POV*

I follow Ichinomiya into a back hallway with many doors. Which door did he go into? I ask myself while looking for any signs of movement.

"???" I hear voices that sound like their speaking in Chinese. I see a door slightly ajar and peek in. I see three men there and the case is filled with...Guns!?!? Great just great I think before I am grabbed by someone and slammed against the wall I was trapped between both his arms.

"You have five seconds to le-" he says but I don't let him finish as I grabbed his collar and pushed him back, the attack caught him off guard and he stumbled back giving me just enough time to run.

*Time skip*

I run to the basement before I even look back and see if I was being followed, luckily I wasn't. What was that all about I think to myself while heading towards the storage room.

*crash*

I run into something. "Shit, it broke," Man A says.

"What are we gonna do now," Man B says.

"We could always take the one that broke it," Man A says looking over a me.

"That works," Man B says inching toward me, as I slowly start going back the way I came.

"Oh, no you don't," Man A says trying to grab my arm, I swiftly dodge grab his arm and throw him to the ground.

Man B looks bewildered before coming forward, then I feel a hand over my mouth and sharply breath in which was a bad idea since soon after that I black out.

*Liv's POV*

After leaving Jess I make my way up to the penthouse, feeling really bad for leaving her and hoping she can do the job by herself.

*ding*

The penthouse elevator opens and I head towards the lounge. I open the lounge door to an empty room except a note on the table.

'Dear Liv'

Please meet Mei Ling in the casino for some fun.

'Love, Soryu'

"Seriously, he called me up here so I could have some 'fun'," I mumble to myself. "Whatever it will be fun to hang out and catch up with her."

I get changed and heads towards the casino.

"That was so much fun," Mei Ling says as we walk back from the casino.

"Yeah it was great to catch up for once without having to worry about anything," I say.

"Yeah, I'm going to hit the sack," she says while heading towards her bedroom.

"What already!?" I asked slightly shocked because she usually so filled with energy.

"Yeah I was up late last night watching horror movies," she says.

"That makes sense," I say," ok see you tomorrow."

"Bye see you," she says heading into her bedroom.

I walk into the penthouse and notice everyone's there except Soryu.

"Hey Liv," Baba says.

"Hi Baba," I reply."Soryu not back yet?"

"Nope not yet," Baba reply's.

At that moment Soryu come into the penthouse with his usually perfect suit wrinkled.

"What happened," I ask.

"Just got in a little scuffle nothing to worry about," he says giving me a peck on the lips.

"Ok, just as long your not hurt," I say.

"Ooh, getting all lovely dovey, aren't we now Sor," Baba says teasingly.

Soryu pulls out his gun and says,"wanna try saying that again?"

"Nope," Baba says hiding behind Ota.

"Hey, don't try and use me as a human shield," Ota says.

"Sorry, sorry," Baba says.

"Where are we going for the auction?" I ask.

"We're staying here," Mr. Ichinomiya answers.

"I shall fetch the poker chips," Baba says.

"Who's playing," Ota asks while turning on the TV so we can watch the auction.

"I'll play," I say while sitting down next to Soryu.

"This will be interesting," Mr. Ichinomiya says smirking.

"Yeah it will be," Soryu says knowing that I have gotten better.

"How?!" Mr. Ichinomiya says. We've been playing poker for  two hours and I currently have  the most chips.

"I don't know," I say with an innocent smile.

"You were right boss this is interesting," Baba says looking between my stack of chips and Mr. Ichinomiya's shocked face.

On the screen the final item is being brought out and what the auctioneer says next shocks us all.

"And for our grand finally a healthy Japanese woman!"
