➳ Chapter 30 - Worried

[Cayden's POV]

Johnnie and I have been together for a few months now and its been great.

We take online school so we got plenty of free time and hang out and stuff.

My dad is soon going on tour, and we get to come.

Bryan had started a collab with the group, Johnnie included, and called it My Digital Escape

I kind of also took my own approach on YouTube and decided to just do some covers, vlogs, or occasional QNA.

As for me and my dad, things have been going pretty great. He has a girlfriend, too. Her name's Hannah, and she's actually really nice and pretty cool, even though I'm still trying to get used to her being around and stuff.

Mostly BVB fans follow me, but also MDE fans, too. Though I wouldn't say I'm THAT big of a deal, I'm okay with it to be honest.

It seems pretty cool and they get to travel around.

I'm sometimes in a few videos with Johnnie or the others and we do a bunch of random stuff.

Their fans even tend to ship a bunch of them together with one another.

If its not Joyden, it Kohnnie and it just goes on from many different combinations.

Hehe.

"Okay, here's a dare," Johnnie said, reading the dare on his phone.

Right now, we were recording a Truth or Dare video for Johnnie's channel.

"Kiss Cayden," Johnnie read, and I couldn't help but giggle as I blushed, Johnnie blushing worse.

"That's definitely a fangirl," I laughed.

"Yes, it is," he said as I pulled my feet up to the couch and sat with my legs criss-cross.

"Come on, its no different, we make out almost everyday," I smirked and Johnnie was almost as red as a cherry.

"Don't tell them that!!" Johnnie squealed as I burst out laughing and I just pulled his face over to mine and kiss his soft pink lips.

"Awwwww," Bryan, another MDE guy named Jordan, and their friend Robby, laughed as we pulled back, Johnnie blushed as he hid his face in my chest and I hugged him.

"Now was that so bad?" I laughed.

"My face is red," he mumbled.

"Hey, at least they didn't tell us to make out," I said.

Just then Johnnie jumped up on top of me, pinning me to the bed as I yelped and the guys lost it.

We just burst out laughing as we got up and sat back on the bed, Johnnie kissing my cheek.

"I think that's enough dares," I laughed.

"Yeah, let's just end this video," Johnnie said and then we turned to see the camera.

"Thanks again for watching, guys. Let's get this video to...."

"1,000,006 likes," I laughed as Johnnie laughed to, and continued.

"Also follow my Cayden's channel, link is on his face and in the description...." I stuck my tongue out. "Remember to stay happy not crappy, life's a bitch don't quit and Peace Out Thug Pugs," he said, running with his hands to the camera. "Bai!"

"Cut," Robby said as I laid back.

"Well that was fun," I said as I laid back on the couch, Johnnie curling up next to me as I hugged him

"Hey, I'm hungry," Jordan said.

"Let's order some pizza or something," Bryan said.

"How about we go out?" I asked.

"I'm up for that," Robby shrugged.

"Sure. Once Alex and Shannon come back from shopping with Kyle and Damon, we can go to Denny's," Bryan suggested.

I looked down at Johnnie while the others agreed.

"You okay with that, babe?" I asked him.

He looked up. "So long as I sit next to you... And there's pie," he smiled.

I laughed and kissed his forehead. "Deal."

"You guys are like that high school couple that's always kissing in the hallway," Jordan said as Robby picked some movies out.

We just laughed as then my phone rang and saw it was my dad.

"Hey Dad what's up?" I asked.

"Hey, buddy. Just finished recording and I just want to know if you need me to pick you up or if you're staying over," he asked.

"Umm, well, we're about to go out to eat," I said. "So I guess I'll just stay over if that's okay."

"Yeah, yeah, that's okay," he said. "I'll pick you up tomorrow morning. Just call me if anything happens."

"Okay. Take care, Dad," I said.

"You too, Cayden. Stay safe, and say hi to everyone one for me," he said.

"I will. See ya," I said as we hung up and I sighed.

"Everything okay?" Johnnie asked.

"Yeah, it's just... My dad seems upset about something lately," I said. "I'm a little worried about it. Even Hannah's noticed. She's a little concerned, too, and so are my uncles. He's been like this since they started dating."

Johnnie looked up a bit. "Maybe you should talk to him."

I looked down at him. "You think I should?"

"Yeah. He's probably just worried about tour going bad or you being alone if he can't take you," Johnnie said.

I sighed. "I'll talk to him tomorrow."

He nodded and nuzzled my cheek. "I hope it goes okay."

I smiled and leaned in, kissing his cheek. "Thanks, baby."

We rested for a bit until everyone came home and we all went out to eat.
