Chapter 5

Justin drove me home after we had a cup of coffee, I was a bit shaken up but Justin took care of me.  My mom was sitting in the living room waiting for me, Justin opened the front door for me and placed his hand on my lower back as I walked in to the hall in my bare feet. My mom and also Andrew came rushing out from the living room. 'I've been so worried' she said swinging her arms around me, Andrew hugged me next and we all walked into the kitchen.

I sat down at the kitchen table and Justin at beside me, 'what happened' mom said sitting across from me with a worried look on her face. She held my hands in her and rubbed her thumbs against my hand.

I looked at Justin, he gave me a slight nod and I sighed deeply.

'I was mugged in the middle of an ally.' Moms breathe hitched. I could tell she was about to cry. 'Mom please don't cry' I said looking at her. She took a few deep breathes and soon calmed down.

We talked for a few more minutes before the door opened, 'Only me' I heard Sean's voice voice. He appeared in the kitchen few minutes later and was he was shocked at the state I was in, 'What happened' he said in a concern voice.

'Mom will fill you in, I'm going to go to my room to get some sleep.' I said as I got up from my chair. 'Yeah I'm going to head home' Justin also said raising from his chair. 'No, if you don't mind Justin, I'd really like it if you slept with Madison tonight, so i know she's safe, that's if you don't mind' my mom said, I was a bit shocked, but I suppose she's only letting him stay because she trusts him. 

Justin licked his lips, 'Sure, I honestly don't mind, just want to keep her safe. Thank you Mrs. Beer' He smiles politely. 

'Please, Call me Tracie.' 

'Sure, Tracie'

'Goodnight guys'

I chuckled a little. 'Goodnight mom, night Sean, night Andrew' I yawned after before heading upstairs with Justin. 

We walked into my room and I got Justin one of Jack's over sized t-shirts out of my dresser. 

'You buy guys shirts?' 

'No, it's Jack's, my ex. He said I could keep his t-shirts if I wanted to, after we broke up, I ended up sleeping in his shirts every night for 2 weeks,  eating ice cream, and watching sad movies, then probably passing out anywhere in the living room.' 

'Oh, Sorry to hear, How long you guys broken up?' 

'Just over 2 months. It's okay, I've moved on from him.' 

I also grabbed one of the over sized t-shirts and headed into the bathroom, I got into the shirt and a pair of shorts, I put my hair into a messy bun, wiped of my messed up make-up and brushed my teeth. 

I walked out of the bathroom to find Justin on one side of my bed, sitting up tapping away on his phone. i walked over and put my dirty clothes in my laundry basket, I turned back and noticed Justin looking at me. 'Damn you have a fine ass, and also a cute smile' he said smiling, I hadn't even noticed I was actually smiling. 

I blushed and headed over to the bed and crawled into the bed beside him,  I snuggled into Justin under the covers and he wrapped his arms around my waist and cuddled into me. 

'Goodnight Justin' 

'Goodnight Madison' 

I leaned over and turned off the bedside lamp, i snuggled back into Justin and closed my eyes, letting sleep take over. Did I tell you I felt really save his his arms? His strong arms held me tight and it was like nothing was going to hurt me once I was in his arms.
