((That time of year again. I'm posting this on every one of my stories so some of you will be reading this six times today. Hahah. No honestly though if you read this every time I posted it

1) You are probably my most dedicated fan.

2) I feel really sorry for you.))

OH, IT'S THE MOST

WONDERFUL TIME

OF THE YEAR.

If you think I'm talking about Christmas, well, that's two months away. I honestly have no idea why I'd be talking about Christmas in October, seeing as I am not a department store (seriously they sell Christmas lights in October now I don't even know why).

Alright, back on topic. My favorite time of the year is coming up in three days and that is the lovely month of November. As most of you who have been following me for a long time know, I am an avid fan of NaNoWriMo, which is the writing regimen (write a novel in a month, ending at around 50,000 words) that produced the original Double Rainbow and The Cities Have Fallen.

I have spent the better part of my life developing a fictional high fantasy world inhabited by a slew of mythological creatures, with the most dominant lifeforms on the planet being the doglike Canis and the foxlike Canira. The series is constantly under renovation as I edit the events, names (because obviously in ten years things get outdated, I was really young when I started this), and mythos of the world. Though honestly this is probably overhyping it (please cut me a little slack, I'm still young so obviously my worldbuilding is shaky) I am very passionate about this world and the stories I can tell with it in particular.

This year's entry builds off the other two years writings, going back to Ancient Dreamland to the first Keepers of the Five Virtues and the very first incarnation of the Princess. I don't want to give away too much, but if you liked Natrina, get ready for a whole lot of Natrina. There will be lesbians, origin stories, time and space travel, and cider. That's a very vague description, as you can tell, so the preface I'll be writing tonight and the subsequent prologue which is either going to fall on November 1st or October 30-31 will probably give you a better idea of what you're about to read.

The book is separate from Double Rainbow and The Cities Have Fallen in that you can read this one first and not be confused (unlike TCHF). If you want to read the earlier books before reading this one (or reread if you're a dedicated fan, I'm totally going to reread for hype and so I get back into the world), feel free to go do that. After this story is finished, I'm going to recommend to any newcomers to the series that they read this first, as Double Rainbow and The Cities Have Fallen use the mythos that this book explains. As such, Double Rainbow and The Cities Have Fallen does spoil bits and pieces of this book, though a lot of things have changed as I continue working it out, so there will be inconsistencies which I hope to fix through my current rewriting of Double Rainbow (which if you haven't read, that's definitely a good way to see if you like what I'm going to be working on). Honestly I could just rewrite the prologue of TCHF and be fine because nothing else from that book has much to do with this one.

If you are reading this, I am setting up the new book as we speak. There will be an author's note that will later be replaced by a prologue up as well as a nice preface. The title, currently " The Gardenkeeper's Daughters", is a temporary name as the original title is already copyrighted. The cover is also under production by the lovely and talented . Though I know a lot of you are more fanfiction oriented, or have no interest in plunging into a world with a name like "Dreamland" (in which case I totally agree and I'll change it as soon as I find a replacement, in the mean time, I did come up with it years and years and years ago), I would really appreciate it if you supported me on my third endeavor into the world of original novel writing.

Thank you to all my supporters!
