Ch - 9

Its been 3 days after the incident and Mason is back home.

He was connected to a drip for two days under the watch of a private nurse but yesterday the doctor came and stated that he no longer needed drip.

Now Mason was a free bird and he could be happier.

Mr. Base had taken a leave for a week to watch Mason but on the second day after reading one of the mails I handed him he started calling god-knows-who and hurried his way out.

What was in those mails i wondered?? But anyways its not my concern was it so i let it slip through my mind.

"Mason darling time to take your medicines! " i informed entering his room.

" Amanda i dont want to take the medicines its not tasty...i wanna go outside and play" he whined innocently.

" Let me make you a deal then you take your medicines and i will take you somewhere special tommorow! " i made a deal.

" Really?"

" Yes!"

" Pinky promise ??" He asked holding out his pinky finger.

" Pinky promise!!" I assured him and connected my pinky finger with his tiny one.

After handing him I tucked him to bed and headed towards my own .

It was late and I was tired so I instantly fell into deep slumber not even noticing which hour Mr. base came back during the night.

The next day i asked Mr. base's permission to take Mason out and when he agreed , I dressed Mason up and headed off.

The special place was the twins I babysitter before.

When we reached Daisy engulfed me unto a hug.

" Where have you been dear the boys missed you and so did i" She announced called out the boys who astonishing as it was engulfed me.

I hugged them tight, missing their loud intensive shouting during their game time.

" I have missed you too because there is no one who makes better cucumber pickles than you!"

I turned to Mason and introduced him to the twins.

" Mason these are Andy and Danny say hello!" After a while all three boys ran towards the PSP and started playing.

" Daisy these are for you" i handed her the pastries i had bought earlier on my way.

" Ohh ..Thank you anyways come let's talk over some coffee it has been quite a while I have had a good chat with you!"

After 2hours...

"Wasnt today fun! " i asked Mason entering the hotel with linked hands .

" The best !! Can we go to Andy and Danny's house soon?" he requested excitedly entering the elevator. I press the button and waited for the door to close.

" Ya sure if you promise to take your medicines on time "

" i promised " he sweared coming out of the elevator and entered the apartment.

" Mason is that you?" A manly voice asked.

" Maddy you're back ..i missed you!" he raced towards Mr. Base and hugged him.

" Sorry about that little buddy but now i am back right ...so enjoyed today? " he conversed taking him to the living room .

I on the other hand went towards the kitchen and made some coffee for Mr. Base as he looked wore out and tired .

" umm..Mr. base your coffee " i said placing the coffee on the table near him.

" hmm!" he took the coffee still concerning with Mason but he looked troubled.
