Chapter Fifty five: Jessica and Merlin are taken

 Evelyn’s POV

That was not good. How did she get herself spotted by a stupid servant if he mentioned any sign that he saw her it may cause trouble and she didn’t need that right now she wanted to get this done as quickly as possible.

If it came down to it she would just have to dispose the servant not like anyone would care, he is just a stupid servant.

Evelyn decided it may be best to deal with the servant quickly so when she found him on his own heading out of Arthur’s chambers later she decided to introduce herself to him. Now this was going to be fun.

Merlin’s POV

Merlin went back to Arthur’s chambers with him for a while until Arthur let him leave for the evening.

As Merlin walked back to Gaius’s chamber the elf he swore he saw early came straight out in front of him staring at him weirdly, it was clear it was the elf he had seen in Gaius’s book and looked like a girl one too.

“You saw me earlier and I cannot have a stupid servant like you ruin my chances of breaking Uther’s heart” she sneered at him.

Arthur had been acted odd and now he knew why, this elf must have enchanted him somehow.

“If you hurt Arthur you will regret it” said Merlin angrily.

“What are you going to do” she hissed.

Merlin didn’t know if it would be a good idea to tell her he had magic that would be his advantage to take the elf down if it came to it.

“Exactly you cannot do anything, you will regret seeing me” she said harshly as she dived at Merlin but he stepped to the side getting out of her way.

Merlin somehow always got himself into trouble but at least he knew about the elf now and he could somehow stop her but he didn’t know about the people who had been watching Jessica and him, he didn’t know that they were approaching near him as he tried to dodge the elf’s attacks.

The elf began to chuck spells at him and he had to try and get out the way without reviling his powers.

“Stop, why are you attacking Emry’s” called out a voice from nearby.

Oh great that name never meant good news it always seemed to mean bad.

Before Merlin knew what was happening he was charged at by a few men and one woman and before his magic kicked in he found himself passing out after his head hit the hard floor.

Kira’s POV

Kira was worried when Merlin didn’t return that night and so was everyone else. No one had a clue where he had gone or what he might be doing.  The worst thing about it was they hadn’t seen Jessica either and that was a bad sign.

Rosemary was fuming asking everyone if they had seen Merlin. Kira didn’t like it when Arthur and Rosemary got into this huge argument over who called about Merlin more and then into the argument to why they did not look out for Merlin better.

Arthur was clearly not himself though even though he was annoyed Merlin was missing, his heart didn’t seem to be in it as much as it normally would and that worried Kira more then he could ever say.

Jessica’s POV

Jessica had found herself returning to the castle that night late after she had a evening stroll to only get attacked and knocked out.

As she opened her eyes she found herself in some king of camp tied to her tree but the worst thing she found Merlin tied next to her and he looked terrible.

Jessica felt a tear run down her face looking at Merlin like that she hated the sight and it hurt. She had a feeling this was all her fault not Merlin’s.

Merlin’s POV

Merlin didn’t stay knocked out long and found himself being dragged through the lower town and he decided to struggle to get free.

The two men who were dragging him started to punch and kick him and it wasn’t gentle either. It hurt Merlin admitted but he had to stay in Camelot and he had a feeling these guys didn’t want to stay in Camelot.

“Let go of me” shouted Merlin as a spell slipped through his lips and forced the two men backwards and he found himself falling to the floor.

“I would stop if I was you” said a voice so evilly it made Merlin cringe.

Merlin looked over to find a woman holding onto Jessica who was outcold.

“Jessica” said Merlin getting to is feet but the two men had already got to their feet and grabbed him again and decided to punch him in the face a couple of times and Merlin found himself bleeding.

“Knock him out” spat the women.

Merlin found himself being forced head first to the ground and found himself being knocked out for the second time in the same night and that did not please Merlin one little bit.
