Chapter 3 ~ Old... Acquaintances?

A/N.... as the title says, you meet some people your friends with.... this chap is meeting the teachers so that means more BOC's. just so you know, your character contradicts herself sometimes on purpose. if you see a contradiction in your character, it's meant to be that way. that's if you ever see one. i don't plan ahead. With Yuffie in the lead, it's Rikku's turn to drag you through the endless corridors of the Academy. It's a good thing you could listen to the echoes shadow's whisper, otherwise you wouldn't be able to find your way around. Within a few minutes, you had reached a room much like the assembly hall; however this time tables with pizza on them was set out.

Slowing down to walking pace, Yuffie lead you and Rikku to a table with six chairs; that wasn't far from where the teachers that where here sat. You thought you saw familiar white hair on that table, but didn't get a good look; and thought your mind was playing tricks, since 'he' is too lazy. Shrugging it off, you sat in between Rikku and Yuffie taking a slice of pizza.

You couldn't help but reminisce about 'him' since they was olives on the pizza and he hated them. You didn't love him or anything, he was just a dear friend. He was the first one of the twins you met; and during the war two years ago, at some point or another, they had to subdue you. Why? Well, your power wasn't the easiest to control. You considered getting along with them well was due to the fact of their demon heritage; therefore similar powers. Or probably due to learning a variety of colourful battle taunts.

It was Rikku who woke you from your thoughts, clicking her fingers in your face. ''Hey, you okay? Home sick or something?'' the blond asked genuinely worried. 

You shook your head smiling, ''Nah, just remembering some guy. He hated olives.''

This caused the girls to become sad and Yuffie spoke up, ''Did he break your heart?''

A look of confusion crossed your face; how did they get to that conclusion? Then again, it kinda sounded like you missed him; which you did, but only in the friend way. You hadn't scene him in weeks. ''Hell no, that guy's perverted bastard. I knew him from going to his shop and he taught me to fight. So did his brother,'' you replied, no lies present.

Both girl hummed in thought and looked at you, they didn't even turn to look as Paine, Selphie and Yuna joined you on the table. You blinked, didn't the buy it? ''What? I'm telling the truth. The guy's in his twenty's maybe even thirty's,'' you defended.

Rikku shook her head, ''It's not that. But he sounds familiar. Hates olives... Owns a shop... Pervert.... Has a brother..... Can fight...''

Yuffie tapped her chin, thinking if she knew the guy. ''Yuny, do you know? A guy who owns a shop and is a bit perverted. Hates olives, has a brother and can fight,'' Yuffie inquired. In turn, the other three began thinking.

''The name of his shop?'' Paine asked.

''Devil May Cry. Why?'' you answered chomping on pizza.

''You know Dante!?'' Yuffie and Rikku chorused.

You was taken aback by their outburst and jumped a little. ''Y-yeah. How do you know him?'' you stammered. 

''He's our P.E teacher,'' Yuna answered in a calmer manner.

''P.E teacher?'' your eyebrows furrowed. Was you talking about the same Dante. Or was there something you was missing. Wait, what did the P.E kit's look like?

''More like survival teacher,'' Selphie said before going back to her pizza.

''We mainly play dodge ball or blitzball. Anything where your likely to hurt another,'' Rikku added.
