A/N so how you been? me, i've been playing quite a bit of final fantasy 12. my dad keeps coming in and throwing me off. anyway, as a warning, the horror chapter is next. but does it seem like i'm rushing it? oh, and does anybody have any idea what i could do for a cover?

After technology had managed to end with no more incidents; you bid your good byes for now, and went to get changed. Cid looked as though he wanted to hold you back for what you did earlier, but then he remembered what you did last Friday. Plus, you wasn't technically a student when break started till when the school day ended.

After slipping into a pair of jeans and a lace up shirt, you went back to your classroom. Looking around, you saw that it was left in the same state as yesterday. The tables and chairs stacked up at the back of the room, books and other items to do with demonology in a pile in the middle; and the three creatures you students found, asleep in their cages on a stand. You really needed to clear that pile of old stuff; but you'd do that on Friday.

You pulled out the powder Tomoyo gave you and inspected it. The little white pouch was tied with simple rope twine and held a small golden jewel that glowed. Upon further inspection, you realized the jewel emitted a small amount of power, the light itself was emitted from a dark element. Tomoyo had attached a sun stone.

Going to the window and letting it bath in the light, you saw that the energy it gained flowed through the twine. With that, a magic circle appeared under the bag; only small, but it had a strange kind of magic to it. Peering more closely, the pouch seemed to become more filled. So that's why the sunstone was attached. Tomoyo had manipulated the sunstone's properties so that it replenished the amount of white powder.

Like what happens to create a sunstone, the white powder worked the same way on your magic. The powder is attracted to your black magic and therefore disguised it. Sunstones are originally shade stones, and the light from the sun is attracted to them. The white powder is from an element of light like the sun is, but the shade stone is a dark element like your magic. Resulting in the white powder being the product of the light the sunstone was creating.

Smiling gently before shrugging it off, you took a small bit of the powder and rubbed it in your hands. Instead of shadows rising from the ground, white streams with gentle glows rose up; small, delicate butterflies rising from them. Those ribbons of light then moved the pile of old stuff to the back, and brought out the chairs. They was no point bringing out the desks, you'd be putting them back anyway.

The door creaked behind you; turning to see who came in, it was none other than Dire. ''Seriously, where do you disappear to?'' you asked him. He made a grunting noise and movement that could be considered shrugging.

Sighing, you went and made sure the creatures from yesterday was alright. It seemed as though Aerith had already taken care of them. Bored, you went and sat on your desk crossed legged on your desk. Three minutes till it was time for class. You kind of found it strange that even though you couldn't find your classes, you could find your room from anywhere.

You gave Dire a loving pat on the head just before the bell rang, and was thankful class was about to begin. It was another minute until they began filing in, but at least it was better than being ten minutes late. Most of them said 'hi' to you, if not they either nodded or waved. After that, the chairs seemed to move more into groups instead of rows, not that you cared.

''So what we doing today teach?'' asked Zack who was straddling the chair. Quite a few of the lads did you noticed.

''Probably try and kill us...'' mumbled Axel to himself.

''No, that will be on Fridays,'' you replied to Axel who went a little wide eyed before scowling. ''Aww, come on, I'm fun,'' you defended yourself.
