Chapter 6

Maya's POV:

What felt like a normal day wasn't. I was planning on sleeping over at Riley's house, when I got the most unexpected call. It was Aunt Caroline. She was a famous actor working on some script in Hawaii. Yup... Hawaii.

"Aunt Carol?"

"Yes Maya it's me. Hows life going for ya out in the big city?" She asked in her hard to explain accent.

"Eh... It could be better I guess."

"Well... Things are going to get a whole lot better!"

"What do you mean?..." I replied in excitement.

"Ya know how I'm staring in that new TV show?"

"Yeah..." I said with even more excitement. I didn't show it but I was thinking it.

"Well... I have 5 tickets for anyone who wants to visit!!!"

"Ya got 2 people who might want to go? I talked to your mom, and your ol' friend named Ricky's mom? I think her name was Ricky I'm not sure. I figured you'd bring her. Anyway, their both incredibly fine with it."

"I've definitely got 2 other people in mind! Who wouldnt want to go to Hawaii?" I replied screaming until my throat hurt. Riley staring at me in confusion.

"Okay hun... Call me up again when ya'll set. Member, its you, your mom, and Ricky who are going. Whatever her name is. Just 2 more people you may have in mind. I'll mail ya the tickets and the flights on Friday 6:40 AM. Can't wait to see ya soon honeybunch."

"Thank you so much Auntie Carol. By the way her names Riley-" I said as Carol hung up before I could finish my sentence.

"Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh... Riles... WERE GOING TO HAWAII!!"

"Will my mom even let me-"

"She talked to her and she's fine with it."

"HAWAII! OH MY GOD. IM PACKING RIGHT NOW." She screamed, as she left to her closet, while I laughed at her reaction.

I left Riles house, heading to the bakery where I knew Farkle and Lucas would be. You probably saw that coming. I can't go to Hawaii without the squad. :p.

They both reacted the same way Riley did, but Farkle seemed even more excited. I don't even know how that was possible but it happened.

It was two days worth of packing bikinis and hair curlers. That was worth it... I guess.

5:43 AM Friday Morning

"Wake up Peaches..." Riles said in a hyper tone.

I woke up the fastest I've ever woken up. Hawaii c'mon.

I grabbed my bags with Riles and mom as we headed to the airport. To out suprise, we found Farkle and Lucas fast. When we walked to the plane, the flight attendant just pushed us into random seats.

Noticing right away, I was with Lucas, and Riley was with Farkle. For the flight, we hung out like we always have. We ignored the situation that happened at the bakery.

As the hours went by, I got a bit tired and eventually dose off sleeping. Not noticing, my head fell onto Lucass shoulder, as he placed his hand on my leg. I was still up, which is why I enjoyed it more. I acted as if I was sleeping, so that Lucas would hold me longer. As I thought, we stayed like that for the majority of the plane ride.

I didn't pay attention to what happened with Riles and Farkle, I was a bit busy... Kinda. They probably just sat on their phones and slept.
