Maya's POV:
We ended up at a dock surrounded by buckets of fish. Two instructors came up to us, one who was older and one younger. At least that's what I thought.
"Hey guys, my names Trinton." The older one stated.
"And I'm Scott." The other whispered.
To be honest, Scott looked like he was in high school. Possibly in 8th grade. And, he wasn't bad looking in my opinion. He had brown hair, he wasn't tall but he wasn't short either. And he had hazel eyes.
Doesn't mean I'm all over him, he's just okay...
We were brought to a little shop, where we would put our scuba gear on. As for me, I never went snorkeling before this, so I had trouble putting that foot flipper thingy on.
It was pretty obvious I was having a hard time, so Scott came and helped out. After about 5 minutes of trying to get them on, we were all ready. It was a long process.
Scott and I gave each other short glances and minor smiles, but we never spoke.

I was nervous honestly. Going in the same water as sharks and stingrays isn't really my cup of tea. Well Farkle seemed excited. In fact, he was jumping up and down with a huge smile on his face. Someones really enjoying Hawaii. I'm not sure if I am though.
I was the 2nd to go. After Riley.
To my surprise, she wasn't scared. She actually seemed happy seeing the sharks and stingrays. I wasn't so worried anymore.
Until I actually got into the water. My body jolted from how cold the water is. Good thing I was able to swim. My mom taught me at our local pool when I was young. But something about it made me calm. Just an urge in my body that a shark was gonna bite my face off.
When it was over, I jumped out of the water, Scott helping me up. Riley, Scott, and I waited for everyone else.
Scott turned to look at me.
"You enjoying Hawaii so far?" He suddenly asked me with a greeting smile.
"Yeah. How'd you know we were visiting?" I questioned turning over to him.
"Oh. Your mom talked to me as we waited at the dock."
"Ohh. You seem kinda young to be a instructor." I was just curious because as I know it, he seemed young and at that age to be working as an instructor. Or I'm just plain dumb.
"I'm training. That's my dad over there," As he pointed at Trinton.
"Oh that makes more sense." I said. And we both softly laughed.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The conversation ended like that, and we waited for everyone. As soon as Mom finished, we left. I turned back to see Scott waving bye. I waved back and continued walking.
That took up about 2 hours of the day, so we had to think of other things to do.
We thought about it over food, since snorkeling took up most of our energy. Mainly from just trying to get the gear on.
Riley and I both got chicken strips and fries with barbecue. Chicken strips were my favorite as a child and who doesn't like fries?"
Lucas and Farkle got burgers, Aunt Caroline got a salad since she has to stay fit for her role in that movie, and Mom got a slice of pepperoni pizza.
About 30 minutes later we all finished our food, and some of us got ideas of where to go.
"We should go feed stingrays," Farkle and Lucas said.
Riley and I wanted to go to the waterpark. I was still a bit upset of her, but we were at Hawaii, I didn't want to be like this.
"I heard their waterparks are really good here." Riley said.
We all looked back at Aunt Caroline and Mom, because it seemed to be up to them now.
"We were planning on feeding stingrays later on. And we'll be going to the waterpark more than once probably."
"So waterpark..?" I questioned.
"I guess. Waterpark it is."
"YES!" Riley and I said at the same time.
Farkle and Lucas didn't seem to have a problem. So it wasn't a big deal.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There were so many things to do.
But we saw one of those bowl slides, and we all instantly ran to it. The stairs were so cold since the water was dripping down from the slide. I didn't really notice I was leaning towards Lucas because he seemed so warm.
He grabbed my shoulders and held onto me too. And I suddenly felt a lot warmer. But it was more of a friend hug, and I knew I wouldn't have a chance with him anymore.
It's clear to see that Riley and Lucas have a thing.
But it doesn't mean I wont find somebody. Just like Mom said.
Hawaii is a place for love.
