"I guess I should apologize?" he says, leaning against the doorframe. I look over at him and gave him a look, as he nods. "I'm sorry hows sudden it was, and leaving you behind like that. Especially with no communication."

"It took some time to get used too." I sigh. "Some days I blamed myself and some days I blamed you. Some days I was extremely angry at everything."

"I'm here now, and I don't plan on going anywhere." Josh says to me, as I smile and nod. "Whats new?"

"For starters, I have a boyfriend." I say, as he gives me a look which makes me laugh.

"Whats his name?" he asks.

"Matt." I smile.

"I have to meet him soon." he says.

"You do, but for now you're stuck with spending time with me." I tell him, as he smiles.

"Fine by me. You said you had a test?" he asks, as I cringe.

"Lied."

"Why?"

"You know how I am around new people, especially with how mom expects me to act." I say, as he nods in understanding.

"Don't blame you for that one. What do you think of Tyler?" he asks.

"Can't say much yet, he's really quiet. But he seems nice." I say to him.

"He's just getting used to you guys. He's talking to mom and dad downstairs." Josh says. "He really is a nice guy. You two would get along well. Maybe we can talk him into going to the aquarium with us."

"I've alway loved the aquarium here." I tell him. "One of my favorite places to go when I was younger."

"I've loved the place too." he says, pausing. "We have a concert soon, thats one of the reasons we're here. I'm asking if you want to come to it. I've asked mom and dad, and they said they're working."

I stayed quiet, as he looked at me with an expectant look. I was still pretty mad at him, but this felt like a not so good idea. Something tells me it had to do with that feeling I had this morning, which made me reluctant when it came to this.

"Whats up Riley?" he asks, giving me a worried look. I could tell my face gave away what I was thinking, which gave him the reason to ask.

"I've just been having bad feelings all day about something. Plus, you know how I am about holding grudges." I say as he chuckles at the last part. His face grew serious again.

"This is up to you. Here." he says, taking out a slip of paper. "Write your phone number on here, and then text me your answer tomorrow. I'm gonna go now." He stands up, like I do a minute later.

"Nice to see you again, Josh." I say hugging him.

"You too, Ri. Love you." he says, pulling away and walking away.

"Love you too." I say, as he shuts the door behind him

I texted him an hour after our talk. He decided to have us all go to the aquarium tomorrow.
