A/N: Omg I apologize for the chapter title and what happens here

|-/Riley Dun\-|

I get to go back to college today. And I was not excited.

"You'll be fine." Josh assures me.

"No I won't. I wouldn't know whats going on!" I exclaim at him.

"Hey-calm down. I could help you if theres something you don't know." he offers.

"What am I supposed to be getting a degree in again?" I ask.

"Music." he says.

"Oh yeah.." I say, as he sighs.

"You'll be fine, calm down." he tells me again. "Get in the car. You're gonna be late."

I grab my bag, and follow him out the door.

"Are you forgetting about the fact I have to give explanations to certain people?" I tell him, as he turns back towards to me.

"Listen, Riley." he says. "I bet this sucks. It must be stressful, and confusing... But everything will be okay soon."

I nod, and get into the passenger seat. He drives me towards the college, with me taking out my schedule or any important things. I'm gonna need to ask for help, if I lose where I need to go. Once he pulls up and parks, I open the door to get out.

"Hey-" he says, stopping me. "Don't stress it. Love you and see you after."

"Love you too Josh." I say, closing the door. I make my way towards the beautiful campus, which almost leaves me breathless. This place looks absolutely amazing.

I managed to find more first class alright, to my luck. I tried my best to understand what was happening, but I just couldn't. Nothing made sense. I tried to take notes, but they kept moving on fast. Irritated, I gave up. I know nothing of whatever the hell I'm studying, so I can tell nothing is going to help me now. I forget everything that I apparently learned the past two years.

I made it through that class, where I made my way to my next one. I was then approached by a guy, who immediately came up and put and arm around me.

"Where have you been, Riley?" he asks, smiling. I remove his arm from me, which makes him look a bit hurt.

"Who are you?" I ask.

"What do you mean?" he questions me, absolutely confused. "Very funny, Riley. You can cut the joke."

"I don't know what you're talking about." I say, as he stops. I kept walking, wanting to get to my next class.

The rest of the day sucked. Not to mention boring, because I didn't know what was happening. To my luck, my teachers didn't call at me once. Josh was waiting where he dropped me off, which caused me to smile once I saw him. He smiles back, as I got into the car.

"How was it?" he says.

"Extremely boring... I can't keep up." I tell him, as he nods in understanding. "Listen Josh, I don't think I want to do this anymore."

"What?" he says, his eyes going wide.

"College. I love music, but I have no clue whats happening." I say.

"Are you sure?" he asks, glancing over at me quickly then training his eyes back on the road. I nod, as he sighs. "Mom won't be so pleased."

"Yeah, whenever is she with something I do?" I question. He nods, and continues our way to the house. Once we got there, I immediately went to my room. Josh tries to stop me, but I kept going. I spent the next hour there, with my headphones and while drawing. I heard someone shout for me, which makes me take my headphones out. I was about to go downstairs, until I heard the front door open. I stayed at the top, peeking over an listening in on their conversation.

"Hello Matt." my father says unsurely.

"What was with Riley today?" It was the kid from today. The same one who put his arm around... Oh my god.

"Listen.." my brother says. "Want to come in? We'll fill you in. I'm sorry dude."

I move back, and covered my mouth. It never crossed my mind today when that happened... I was too weirded out. I was still able to faintly hear their conversation.

"I... I don't think I can take this." Matt says, after a few minutes after talking.

"What do you mean?" Josh asks. "Are you saying you're dumping my little sister because of something tragic that happened?"

"You said she's a complete different person now. I don't even know who she is anymore." Matt says. I can tell Josh is probably getting mad.

"Just get out." I hear my father say.

So I guess thats the end of that. And you know what?

I'm okay with it.
