"Don't touch that." Lacie said out of no where. "How does she know?" I heard my uncle sigh. "Please do not touch anything uncle." I sighed, grabbing the fleece away from my uncle along with the ambrosia and nectar. "You are not testing these." I told him. "Aw come on, why not? We need to understand things we don't know about." He whined. "No, sacred godly items are not meant for mortal hands." Lacie glared at my uncle, making him shiver. "Dude, your girlfriend is scary." My uncle whispered in my ear. "She's just pissy about everything, plus I think she's getting her monthly visit." I snickered, earning a glare from her. "Don't make me tell dad." She threatened. "Sorry, sorry." I hugged her. "Percy, I'm scared." She told me, looking up at me. "We all are." I sighed. "Hey, how did you guys appear out of no where?" Clint asked, tearing Lacie's attention away from me. "Shadow travel." She answered, looking at Nico who was deep asleep. "Can you all do that?" Sam asked. "No, only Hades and his offspring can." Lacie sighed, rubbing her temples and swaying back and forth a bit. "Why don't you rest up baby, I'll put your stuff in the rooms." I rubbed her back, earning a shake of the head from her. "I just need to eat, that shadow travelled zapped nearly what ever energy I had left in me." She said weakly, standing up to go to the kitchen. "Nuh uh, you sit and rest, I'll get you food." I insisted, picking her up and putting her down on the couch before heading to the kitchen.

~No one's POV~

Lacie turned her head and looked at Thor who was staring at her the whole time, "Got something on your mind Asgardian?" "You two, are the children of Hades?" He pointed at Lacie and Nico. "Yes." She answered flatly. "I expected his children to be more... Terrifying." He raised an eyebrow. Lacie smirked as she let her aura of induced fear spread out, watching as Thor's face twist and turn to display his uncomfortableness. "You truly are the child of death." Thor gulped. "What's going on?" Steve asked as he walked into the room. "Nothing much, just proving to Thor that I can be terrifying." Lacie chuckled. Steve looked at them with a raised eyebrow and opened his mouth to say something, but Thor spoke up, "Don't question, the results are terrifying." Steve let the topic drop and sat on the empty couch and turned on the TV.

Percy came back with a plate of twice baked potatoes and cheesy chicken rice bake. "Dig in guys, there's more in the oven." Percy smiled. He placed some of the food on a plate and handed it to Lacie. "Thanks Percy." She smiled weakly, taking the plate from him. "What about your brother?" Steve asked, nodding towards Nico. "Don't bother, once he's asleep like that nothing can wake him. Trust me, he slept through a goat tap dance that was around his head." Lacie chuckled as she ate. "Babe, train with me after?" She asked, looking at Percy. "You just got back from a war like half an hour ago." He said in a flat voice. "But baaaabe, pleeeeeease, I feel great, trust me." She whined. "Percy, can I battle her in your place?" Thor grinned. "You know what Thor? I'll have a battle with you since Percy won't train me with." She sneered, glaring at Percy slightly. "Baby don't be like that." Percy sighed. "You know, maybe Percy has a point, you did just come back from a 6 day battle, maybe you should rest a day." Steve backed Percy up. "Child of death, maybe you should rest a day." Thor joined the two.  Lacie groaned in defeat and crossed her arms.

"Uh guys," Percy gulped as he saw the floor around Lacie start to freeze, "Back away from her." The two Avengers looked at Percy weirdly. "Why is it so cold all of a sudden?" Steve shivered slightly. Lacie glared at all of them, and it was then that Steve and Thor realized why Percy told them to back away. "Lacie, baby, calm down." Percy slowly approached her with his hands in front of himself, but she still held up her glare. "Calm down? Calm down!?" Lacie snarled and the temperature around them dropped more. "Baby, what's wrong? You haven't been this worked up since that incident." Percy asked, shivering more as he stood in front of her. He reached out an embraced her. "Percy," she said in a calmer voice, "Let go, you're going to freeze." Percy released her and looked at himself, noticing how numb he felt. "Baby, what's wrong?" He asked, giving her a worried look. "Nothing, just tired and stressed from all the events the have happened." She half lied, giving them a fake smile. "Go take a nap baby. You need it. We'll train a bit when you wake if you want okay?" Percy smiled. Lacie smiled and nodded, and the temperature around them returned to normal.

Lacie went up to her room and sat on her bed. 'Oh Percy, if only you knew.' She thought before laying down and sleeping.

Percy sighed as he thought about what just happened. "Penny for your thoughts?" Steve looked at him. "Something's off about her, and I feel like she's not telling me something." Percy sighed, pulling out Riptide and looking at him. "Important pen?" Steve asked, looking at Percy questionably. "I'll show you later along with the others. I just need to go clear my head for now." Percy chuckled before going to the pool to swim for a bit.
