Life Goes On

~No One's POV~

"YOU KNEW YET YOU FAILED TO TELL US!?! THAT WAS MY DAUGHTER!!!" Hades shouted in Fury at Zeus, who remain unmoved. "Brother, why did you not tell us?" Poseidon looked at Zeus. "I hid this information from all of you to prevent intervention. Hades already has Nico." Zeus answered in a calm voice. "YOU MOTHER FUCKING SON OF A-!" Before Hades could finish his sentence, Poseidon cut him off, "We're related." Even the gods and goddesses were sadden. "You idly stood by! Kept your stupid mouth shut and let my daughter go to hell! I would be less outraged if she died and went to Elysium. But no. She is rotting in the depths of Tartarus as we speak, and will continue for who knows how long." Hades' curled his hands into fists as he glared at Zeus. "If I do not get my daughter back by the winter solstice, I bring Olympus to crumbles and I will drag you down to Tartarus myself." Hades snarled before disappearing in a burst of flames.

Percy and Nico starred at the ground where Lacie disappeared. "I can't believe she's gone..." Percy's heart ached as he thought about his girlfriend. "She's not dead. I can feel it... We have to get her back... Damn it Lacie! Why didn't you tell us!? Why!?" Nico shouted out of angry, slamming his fist into the ground. "Nico, can't your father bring her back?" Percy asked, grabbing Nico by his shoulders and shaking him. "I have to go talk to him." Nico's demeanor darkened as he stood up and disappeared in the shadows. 

Tony walked over to his grieving nephew and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Common kiddo." He sighed, bending down to Percy's level. "It hurts so much." Percy said in a pained voice, gripping the place where his heart is. Tony sighed and pulled his nephew into an awkward hug. "Let it out kiddo. Let it out." Tony told him, patting his back.

"Father! There has to be a way!" Nico persisted as he paced behind his father who was pacing back and forth. "That damn Zeus had a curse placed on me, I cannot set foot near there! You can go but you alone is not enough!" Hades half shouted, running a hand through his hair. "Then I'll bring Percy! I'll bring the others!" Nico told his father. "They cannot enter and leave Tartarus like you Nico, they'd die the moment they set foot in there." Hades sighed, rubbing his temples. "Father, you'll think of a way, right?" Nico's heart ached at the thought of his sister spending the rest of her life in Tartarus with Kronos. "Just, go back to the others Nico. I'll call you when I come up with something." Hades dismissed his son. Nico sighed and made his way back to the Avengers Tower..

Percy locked himself up in his room the moment he got back to the tower and sobbed and screamed. "Why didn't you tell me?! What am I to you!? Damn it Lacie! You have any idea how we feel!? What your actions did to us!?" Percy shouted out loud, releasing his anger. Percy sobbed until he passed out from exhaustion. 

Steve was in his training room, beating the crap out punching bags. Destroying one after another. He blamed himself for her death, even though he promised Lacie that he wouldn't tell, something in his gut kept telling him to tell the others, but he didn't. And now he's regretting it. 

"Scream all you want, no one is coming for you." Kronos laughed as he wrapped his hand around Lacie's neck and choked her until she was almost unconscious. "You can't escape either, the same curse that is placed on me was placed on you the moment you entered with me." He laughed. Lacie glared at Kronos and tried to get away from him, but he grabbed the chain that was attached to her and pulled her back. "Tired of me already?" He grabbed a fistful of her hair and yanked her head back. "Now, why don't we continue what we were going to start." Lacie began to thrash about and fight back, knowing what he meant. "You better hope they take after me, for your sake." Kronos laugh before ripping Lacie's clothes off.
