~Percy's POV~

It's been a few days since I have stayed with my uncle. "Percy, I noticed that you haven't had your annual physical yet." Tony said as he looked through my health records. "Oh uh I'll get that done in uh three months." I chuckled nervously, not wanting any doctor to see him. The camp has been faking records for their campers to avoid questions about scars and damage from battles. "Nonsense, Bruce can give ya a check up and give you a clear pass." Tony snorted slightly. "Uh I don't think that'd be necessary uncle, really." I continued to chuckle nervously, doing my best to avoid the physical exam. "Are you sick? You haven't eaten much or done much since Lacie left. You okay kiddo? Not like she broke up with you or anything." My uncle chuckled. Truth is, I've just been worried sick about Lacie, we've had no communication since she left, and that's not like her; even Nico isn't replying to me. "It's nothing, I just don't feel hungry." I smiled weakly, turning around to go to my room before he could utter another word.

I tried to contact Lacie again when I got to my room, but still nothing. "Baby, please be alright. I don't know if I can handle losing you. I should have gone with you. No, I have to trust you. I mean, your dad won't let anything bad happen to you right? Yeah, he wouldn't let anything happen." I said out loud to myself. "I swear I'm going insane." I groaned out loud. "Percy, your presence is requested in the living room." JARVIS voice filled my room. "Okay, tell them I'll be down in a minute." I told JARIV, letting out a small groan before leaving my room and going to the living room.

"You guys wanted me?" I asked as I stepped out of the elevator. "Yep, you're going to get a physical." Tony grinned, making me roll my eyes. "No, for the last time no. I don't need one. I'm going to get one in three months." I repeated myself, placing a hand on my face. "To bad, we're gonna get you up to the medical floor and Bruce will give a check up and physical." My uncle told me sternly. "No." I slightly glared at him, refusing to give into him. "Percy!" My uncle shouted, making everyone look at him in shock. "Whoa, Tony, calm yourself down man. Kid doesn't want a physical, nothing wrong with that. Plus he's getting one in three months. So chill." Clint said slowly. "He talks to himself! He hasn't been eating! He looks likes he can pass out any second!" Tony shouted, gesturing at me while doing so.

Wait, how does he know I talk to myself? "Whoa, hold on!" I shouted, "Pause. I do not talk to myself." "Oh don't lie Percy, we just saw and heard you talk to yourself," I think Tony realized what left his mouth a little to late, "Oops." He quickly covered his mouth his hand. "You were peeping on me?!" I cannot believe my uncle. "Well, we were spying more like it. We've been watching you." Clint chuckled sheepishly. "What?!" I exclaimed. "You've been monitoring me!? Did you hack my phone too!?" I half shouted, pulling out my phone and waving it in the air. "Yes, we've been monitoring you, but that's normal. And no, I didn't hack your phone... 'Cause I couldn't." I could not believe what I just heard my uncle say. "Percy," Steve approached me but I back stepped. "I'm out of here, you guys don't trust me enough to be here, I have no privacy here." I turned around to leave but someone, I'm guessing Steve, grabbed my arm. "Percy, let us explain, please. Listen to us. Please." Steve pleaded.

I don't know why I decided to stay and listen to what they have to say. I sat on the couch feeling a little angry; I had my arms crossed and a small frown on my face. "Okay, first of all, I am sorry for invading your privacy." My uncle apologized. "Why?" I glared at him. "Why am I sorry?" Tony asked with a confused face. "Yeah, totally." I replied in a sarcastic voice, rolling my eyes. "Listen, I just wanted to find out more about you, plus you seemed kinda suspicious at some points. And you had a phone I couldn't hack." Tony told me, making me chuckle slightly when he said he couldn't hack my phone. 'Those Hephaestus kids really did do a good job.' I thought. "What's so funny?" My uncle pouted. "Nothing." I resumed my frown. "Percy, can you please just tell me what's going on? Oh did I mention that your girlfriend could possibly be an 80 your old lady?" My uncle asked. "Maybe some other time, and you have no business digging into my girlfriend." I glared at him, getting up to leave.

"Percy, at least get a check up please." My uncle pleaded. I stopped and turned around, feeling angry now. "No." I harshly glared at Tony. "Why? Please Percy." He persisted. "That's it!" I snapped, ripping my shirt off of my body, "This is why!" I pointed at my chest that was littered with scars that varied from small to large. Everyone stared at me in shock. "Now leave me be." I seethed through my teeth, leaving to my room.

After laying on my bed for a while I went to the training room to let off some steam on some punching bags. Oh, did I mention that I broke the bags after I was through letting off some steam. "Whoa, you pack a nice punch don't you kiddo?" Some chuckled. I looked up and saw that it was Steve who was leaning against the wall. "Sorry for blowing up before. Ugh, I just feel so stupid." I groaned, running my hand through my sweat drenched hair. "It's fine, everyone has their hot head moments." He chuckled, sitting down next to me. "It's just, I can't believe my uncle, my own uncle did that to me. And on top of that my girlfriend has gone MIA." I told him to get it off my chest. "Just tell the police." Steve told me. "As if it were that simple." I sneered. "Yes it is?" He replied with a confused question. "Trust me, it's not. I want to tell you, but I don't want to yet. I hope you understand." I smiled lightly. "Yeah Percy, I understand." He returned my smile with one of his own along with a pat on the back.
