~Lacie's POV~

-Dream-

'Where am I?' I thought as I looked at my surroundings. "You leave the girl to me." A deep voice boomed. "Yes master, but may I ask why?" A scratchy female voice asked. "I need an heir. Her body can handle the darkness. But, I want you to keep her brother and lover alive. I want to kill them in front of her after I have my way with her in front of them." The deep voice chuckled. 'Damn it, this isn't a dream! Wake up wake up wake up!' I pinched myself, but I was still at the run downed place. "I feel another presence." Another female voice said, followed by foot steps.

Then, a fury's face popped right in front of mine, making me scream and wake up.

-End-

I shot up from my bed screaming. Nico and Percy rushed into my room. "What's wrong?" They asked at the same time. "Nightmare vision thingy...." I answered in a shaky voice. "What did you see?" Nico asked, leaning against the door frame. "Well more of heard." I mumbled. Percy sat down next to me and held me. "I think I was at the camp. There was a guy, and he was talking about leaving a girl alive so that he could force her to have his child. And, he wanted to torture her brother and boyfriend. Then I woke up because a fury popped out of no where." I told them, wrapping my arms around Percy's torso and pulling him close. "Well, put it pass for now and get some sleep." Nico told me before leaving. "Want me to stay baby?" Percy asked, looking at me. "No, it's fine. I think I'm going to get something to drink before I go back to bed. You just go back to your room and sleep Percy." I told him, giving him a quick peck before leaving to the living room kitchen.

I sighed as I stood in front of the window with a can of Dr. Pepper in hand. Soon, I started thinking about the prophecy that Rachel told me before I left camp 2 weeks ago.

Kronos shall rise

Kronos shall fall

Much to his despise

Death's child shall end it for all

But there will a price

Their life as sacrifice

"Can't sleep?" I heard someone ask from behind me. I turned my head around and saw Steve standing there with a drink. 'Guess I didn't notice him.' I thought before shaking my head. "What keeps you up? If you don't mind telling." Steve asked, standing next to me. "Promise not to tell anyone?" I looked up at him. "Are you going to kill someone?" He chuckled, "I won't unless it's something that needs to be known." "Please don't tell Percy, or my brother." I pleaded, gripping the can of soda tighter. "Alright, I promise." He swore, looking at me. "Steve, I'm going to die." My voice broke and tears starting falling from my eyes. "What you mean?" He asked me, pulling me into a hug.

I recited the prophecy that I was given to him. "Well what if it's your brother? Or is there some other child of death?" He threw out possibilities. "I don't think it's Nico, the fates already have him as my dad's heir. Thantos has no children. Bianca is dead. I'm the only one that fits the prophecy. Steve, I'm scared." I started to sob the more I thought about my death. Steve soothed me and rubbed my back as I sobbed into his chest. "We won't let you die." He told me. "You can't, it's already been decided. I'm so scared. I don't want to die yet. Me and Percy wanted to get married next summer. We wanted to have a family. But all that can't happen because I'm going to die." I continued sobbing. "There will be a way out of this." Steve soothed me.

I honestly don't remember what happened afterwards. I just remember crying. Waking up on the couch didn't really jog my memories either. "Baby why'd you sleep on the couch?" Percy asked me as he descended from the stairs. "Oh uh I was just laying here, and I guess I fell asleep." I smiled sheepishly. Percy sat down next to me and held me, "Just let it pass Lacie, nothing much to worry about." Percy kissed my temple and picked me up, carrying me to the kitchen and setting me down on a stool. "Only two days until we take back the camp." Percy sighed as he cooked breakfast for the two of us. 'Two days until I die...' I sulked silently to myself.

After Percy and I were done with breakfast, I excused myself and went to find Steve. After I checked his room -in which he wasn't in- I asked JARVIS where he was. "Mr. Rogers is in training room 8 Ms. Di'Angelo." He answered me when I asked. I thanked the AI and made my way to the training room, finding Cap beating the crap out of a punching bag. "Have something against that bag Cap?" I chuckled while approaching him. "Oh, hi there." He panted, looking at me before going over to the bench and drinking out of his water bottle. "Cap, about last night. What happened? I just remember spilling my mind to you and crying, but that's it. Nothing after that. Oh, and thanks for listening to me last night." I asked, scratching the back of my head. "You passed out after a while of crying." He replied as he rewrapped his knuckles. "Oh, and thanks for not telling. Thanks for listening." I thanked him with a smile. "Not my place to tell, although I advise you to tell." He told me before punching the bag again. "I can't. I just can't. If I do, who knows what stupid things they would do." I sighed, sitting down on the bench and holding my head in my hands. "Well, sometimes stupid things turn out to be great things." He smiled at me. "I'll think about it Cap, I'm going for a walk to clear my head." I sighed before leaving.

I sat at a bench in Central Park and watched the kids play. I smiled sadly while holding my hand against my stomach. Tears started coming to my eyes as I thought about how I would never be able to start a family with Percy, or have kids at all. I've always loved kids, always wanted to have my own.

After a while at the park, I went back to the tower to find......
