Chapter 41

     "I think that's the only time I've ever enjoyed a long ass car ride." I said as I grabbed my bag out of the trunk (boot). "That's just how we roll." Harry said and ran his fingers through his hair, trying way too hard to be cool. "No. Stop. You're hurting yourself." I said jokingly as I put my hand on his shoulder. I heard some laughs and we walked into the hotel lobby. It was huge. Like, HUGE. "Are you just going to stand there with your mouth open all day?" Tobi asked as he walked past me. I snapped out of my thoughts and followed the guys to the front desk. They already had reservations and everything, so it didn't take long. "Okay, nine people, three rooms. Find your roommates." Josh said as he held up three room keys. I stood there still and waited for people to pick me. I watched as people walked to their roommates. I saw Josh with Tobi and Vik. I saw Ethan with Harry and JJ. Then I saw two people walk towards me, Simon and Cal. I smile at them and nodded. I was okay with this. Actually, I would be okay with any one of them, but this is what I got. Josh handed the other two room keys to me and Ethan. "Well, go find your rooms and do whatever." Josh said as he shrugged and walked away with Tobi and Vik. "Who is the most responsible out of us three?" Cal asked when we got into the lift. Simon pointed at me. "Why me?" I asked and pushed his finger away. "Have you seen how tidy your room is? And the bathroom is so much neater now with you in there." He said with a nod. "I agree. When we were little, I used to have to go to your classroom during school and ask you what folder you put my homework in." Cal said. That was true, I was very organized. "Okay it's me, why does it matter?" I asked as the lift doors open. When they opened, I saw a short woman and a little kid who looked about five walking towards the lift down the hall. "Wow! Mummy! I thought you said giants didn't exist!" The little boy said and pointed at us. I smiled at him. The boy's mom was so embarrassed. "Well, maybe your mum was just trying to surprise you one day." I said and leaned over so I could speak to the little boy. "Mum, I love this surprise." He said and looked up at me, Simon, and Cal. "I'm glad you like it honey. Now we've got to go find your brother. I can't believe he is missing school for this gaming thing." The mum said and tugged gently on the boy's hand. I smiled and we continued waking. The mum turned around and mouthed "Thank you." To me. I nodded in response. I thought it was funny how the three tallest people ended up in the same room. We reached our room and I unlocked the door. It wasn't anything too special. As soon as you walked into the room, you notice that almost everything is white. The beds are white, the walls and ceiling are white. The carpet was grey and looked super soft. There was quite a lot of empty floor space, which I quite like. I saw the open bathroom door and saw a big bathroom with a big shower. I put my stuff down and flopped down onto the closest bed. That's when it hit me that there was only two beds. "Shotgun sleeping alone." I heard Cal say quickly before he flopped down into the other bed. "You don't want to sleep with your baby sister?" I asked in a baby voice, not moving. "Hell no." He said with a chuckle. "Fuck you too then." I said and rolled over so I was on my stomach. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and texted Levi. "I should probably vlog." I groaned and put my head down. "Why don't you do that then?" Simon asked as he layed down beside me. "I don't wanna move." I said as I reached for my phone again. Levi didn't respond, then I remembered he was at school. I slowly got up and got my vlogging camera from on top if my pile of stuff and turned it on. "Hey guys. We are at the hotel in Coventry and I'm in the same room with dumb and dumber." I said and pointed the camera to Simon and Cal were still laying on the bed. Simon put his hand up and waved and Cal flipped the camera off. "I don't think we are going to do much of anything else today so I will see you when we do something." I said and turned my camera off. Instead of going to lay back on the bed, I walked over to Cal and laid on him. "Get off of me." He said and tried to push me off. "Why don't you love me anymore?" I asked with big puppy dog eyes. "Because you're mean to me." He said and pushed me off onto the bed. "Am not." I said and got up. "Whatever." He said. I took a seat in the office chair at the desk with a lamp in the corner of the room. "What are we going to do?" I asked as I rolled around the room. "I don't know." Cal said. "Take a nap." Simon said and rubbed his eyes. "I'm down for that." I said and rubbed my eyes. "Me too." Cal said and closed his eyes. Simon moved so he was laying in the bed correctly, and so did Cal. I texted into the group chat.

M-Apparently, we are taking naps at the moment.

J(Josh)-Same here

E(Ethan)-Us too. You guys sleep well!

I smiled at Ethan's text. I looked up at the boys. Cal said he wanted to sleep alone, but I didn't necessarily want to sleep with Simon. I gave up and slowly crawled into bed with Simon, trying not to wake him up. I put the blanket on me and put my phone on do not disturb. I slowly fell asleep, trying to ignore Simon right beside me.

I woke up with arms around me and I didn't have to look at who it was. I kept my eyes closed and listened. Someone was awake, I'm assuming Cal. I heard the shower going in the bathroom. I opened my eyes and looked down at Simon's arm around me. It was strange, yet comforting. I sighed and untangled from Simon and got up. I grabbed my phone and went and laid on Cal's bed. I looked over at sleeping Simon and he looked so peaceful. This is going to be strange sleeping with him for the next week.
