Astrid POV
I ran over to Hiccup who was yelling at Toothless to go away. I wrapped my arms around him "Astrid?" he asked.
I let him go and smiled "yeah, I had a promise to keep" I said before looking over his shoulder to see that Drago was taking Toothless.
"Gather the dragons and meet me at Berk" I heard him instruct his followers. There wasn't anything we could do, for now.
We held Stoick's Viking funeral and after we shot our flaming arrows Hiccup gave a speech "I'm sorry dad" he paused.
"I'm not the chief you wanted me to be and, I'm not the peacekeeper I thought I was. I, don't know"
A woman walked up to him and told him that he came early to the world but that his dad had always said he would be the strongest of them all.
She continued to say that he had the heart of a chief and the soul of a dragon, only he could bring the two worlds together, "that, is who you are, son" I found it hard to believe that she was his mother.
His mom stepped to the side and Hiccup looked out to the burning ship.
"I uh, I was so afraid of becoming my dad, mostly because I thought I never could. How, how do you become someone that great, that selfless."Merida, Jack, Elsa, Rapunzel and Flynn walked up behind us all and watched silently.
"I guess you can only try" He turned around "a chief protects his own, we're going back"
"With what?" Tuff asked.
"Uh, they took all the dragons" Ruff added.
"Not all of them" Hiccup had the insane idea of riding baby dragons back to Berk.
Hiccup managed to get Toothless back and as he flew around the town I couldn't help but yell "take 'em down babe!" whilst pumping my fist in the air.
Hiccup battled Drago until he had appeared to have won, Drago then turned things around by ordering the Bewilderbeast to shoot his ice breath at Hiccup.
