Chapter 25: Dagur

Hiccup POV

I had sent Jack and Elsa back to Berk so they could ask Rapunzel what she thought happened since she had said something hadn't worked, and the rest of the gang was helping me look for Astrid because I had lost her when their King started talking to me.

I eventually found her talking to Merida. They looked in my direction and exchanged a concerning grin.

"Now it is time to formally introduce all the leaders and their families" they started the party announcements

We shall start with Dunbroch's very own King Fergus and Queen Elinor along with their three boys Hamish, Harris and Hubert and their two girls" Merida had a sister, that was news to me "Princess Merida and Princess Freya"

Out walked Merida and Astrid as they announced them, they moved to the side to stand by the King and queen. I realised I would definitely be announced eventually but I was so happy to see Astrid that I didn't care.

"Next we have Chief Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third of Berk" I was so distracted by Astrid that I almost didn't move. Ruffnut shoved me towards the front where I stood by the announcer and was moved towards the opposite edge of the platform.

I was stood next to none other than Dagur the Derranged, "brother, it's been a long time" he whispered.

"For the one millionth time, I am not your brother" I snapped back. I hated it when he referred to me as his 'brother' and I generally hated him. In fact almost everyone hated him, even his sister Heather.
