Chapter 17: Hypnotised

Astrid POV

I ran over to the now giant clump of ice that used to be Hiccup and Toothless when it started glowing blue. Toothless blasted out of the ice and started to challenge the alpha to protect Hiccup.

When Drago was on the verge of defeat he yelled at the top of his voice "Astrid, come here, now" I tried to refuse but I found my legs disagreeing with me.

Before I knew it I was standing between Drago and Hiccup. I wanted to move but I couldn't "good girl" he said to me "want to attack again Hiccup?" he called over to Hiccup knowing he wouldn't be able to risk hitting me.

"come closer to me dear" I started to walk up the Bewilderbeast tusk only stopping when I was next to Drago.

He grinned "she's mine now" he yelled to Hiccup.

Hiccup POV

I didn't understand why Astrid just walked over when he asked. I couldn't shoot at Drago with her being so close to him.

I couldn't risk hitting her so instead I watched as they retreated making Toothless the alpha and then I was made chief.

"Hiccup... we have... to go... after... Astrid..." Heather and Ruffnut panted.

They explained that after they had been captured Astrid showed up and then after sassing Drago he had told someone to 'take her to the witch' and they didn't see her again until she popped out of the dragon trap.

"Grab your dragons, we're going after Astrid" I said to the gang and waited for all ten of them to find their dragons.

Astrid POV

"Why am I doing everything you say?" I demanded they tell me.

Drago smiled "because when Felix here took you to the witch she hypnotised you into doing whatever I tell you to" great, they had someone who could hypnotise.
