Hello lovelies!
I've had many people tell me how confusing the story can get with all the characters and trust me I understand. As I write, I refer to a family tree too :P
Side note: I read a lot of Shakespeare and watch a lot of Bollywood movies (evidently), which is where this mania comes from.
The reason there are so many characters is because all the sequels/ other books are characters from this family. The book before this deals with Ayaan and Safiyana (whom many of you love so they are plentiful in this story too) and the next book will be one of these characters too (any guesses?)
So for ease, I'm making a family tree on here too. Hopefully it helps! And if anything, just let me know! I'll kill off a bunch of the characters if it's still too much, Game of Thrones style. And as usual, I'm happy to clarify anything at all :)
It is done by family groups ie, the sibling groups and I've added in where the other character's fall too. Really hope it helps guys.
The lines going down indicate children. The plus signs indicate couples and dashes separate children/ cousins in the next generation. People who are not relevant/unnamed are just indicated by their relationship.
