[ S H A W N ]
In the middle of my morning shower, I faintly heard the door open. Could it be Hailee? I thought to myself. Or is that just my imagination? (Ha. Get it? I'm sorry. I'll stop)
I continued my shower for a couple more minutes.
I reached for my towel outside the shower. But just as I peaked my head out, a drop of water drops on my eye. Ugh! I hate this feeling. I kept my eyes shut as I wrapped the towel carelessly around my waist.
I slowly opened my eyes, and I nearly slipped on the bathtub.
Hailee stood infront of the sink, washing her face. I didn't know what I was supposed to do. So I just stood there, thinking of my next move.
Just as I was about to walk out the bathroom, she looked up. I stood there, frozen in my spot; not knowing what to do.
Hailee immediately turned red, and scrambled to get out of the bathroom.
" I-uh, sorry! I didn't know you were in here!" She blurted out before zooming out of the bathroom.
I burst out laughing at her cuteness.
I locked the door (and made sure it was actually locked this time), then I began changing into my favorite maroon sweatshirt, along with my khaki pants and Black vans.
I walked out of the bathroom, and back in Hailee's bedroom. I saw her cleaning up the fort. I decided to help her out.
She tried to reach the hanging blanket, but she was too short. "Ugh. I hate being so short." she huffed in annoyance.
I chuckled and walked over to help her.
"Here I got this." I told her with a smile.
She sighed, but backed up anyway. I successfully retrieved the blanket, and folded it neatly on the bed.
"Thanks," she mumbled.
We continued to clean up for a couple more minutes.
We finished cleaning quite fast, so we decided to watch some Netflix. We chose the movie 'In Your Eyes', since Aaliyah wasn't here anymore.
After the Movie
To be completely honest, the movie wasn't that bad. Actually, I kinda liked it. The plot was just a bit weird.
Hailee seemed to like it too. She cried a bit at the end. I honestly don't know why, though.
We sat there for a while just on the bean bags. Then we smelled some bacon cooking downstairs.
Both of our stomachs grumbled loudly. We both laughed.
"Wanna go eat?" I asked with my hand extended out to her as I stood up.
"Hell yeah!" Hailee replied excitedly.
"You're perfect," I mumbled mostly to myself.
"What was that?" she asked, turning to me.
I tried to play it off.
"uh, no. I said nothing." I said as casually as I could muster.
" no. I'm pretty sure you said something, muffin man." she insisted.
"no. I really didn't, Hail." I pushed.
She doesn't say anything. Instead, she moved her face centimeters away from mine.
"Stop lying. I know what you said. I just wanted to hear you say it." she confessed.
I turned bright red at her comment, as well as our proximity.
I swear to you, this girl is going to drive me completely nuts. And I'm completely fine with that.

Anyway, so today (well now yesterday cause its 2am) Shawn was going to post a snippet from his new album. So I just used the hashtag and I tagged him just for fun.
Then I checked my notifs, and I saw that he followed me. I thought it was a joke! I was on the verge of tears cause I was just so happy!
