Prologue

Long ago, two races ruled over the earth:

HUMANS and MONSTERS

One day, war broke out between the two races

After a long battle, the humans were victorious

They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell

Many years later

Legends say that those who climb the mountain never return

For the legends were true

Until one fateful day, 

A small child had fallen down the hole,

Into the underground

Where the monsters had been trapped inside, for so long

They all despised the humans

But this fallen child, brought back hope

The fallen childs name was FRISK,

And, with FRIENDS, FAITH

And DETERMINATION

FRISK saved the world

They opened the door to the underground ruins,

And with help from ASRIEL, an old friend gone bad,

The barrier was opened

Monsters lives, are reseting, all beginning in a new life on the surface

Keeping away from humans 

for now, the monsters strive to be accepted

And this very night, 

October, 31st,

Is the best time to do so
