Drums

Tori and were goofing off during sound check waiting for the techies to fix the lights, I wanted to pretend with Tori that we were in a band. Tori, on guitar and vocals, I, on the drums.

"Tori come teach me how to play the drums" I drag her excitedly to the drum set. I went to my position on the drum seats and stared at her patiently to start.

"Alright, first you need to hold the drumstick properly." She pointed out that I was clutching it. 

"So you need to put the stick between your thumb and index finger then wrap the rest around it," Tori was basically putting it in my hands, as I, on the other hand, was still clueless on what she said. 

"Now the basics of the set, here is your bass, snare, and tom-tom drums," Tori pointed at each drum.

"Next, is you four cymbals." Again point out the each individual cymbals. 

"Okay. I think I got it," I waved Tori away just want to start smacking the drums already. I looked over to Tori and saw her giving me an uncertain look. 

I just shrug and started banging on the drum set, but one hit on the cymbals came tumbling down

A loud crash was heard then silence. Everyone looked at me. I sheepishly grin and said sorry while trying to fix the cymabls. After to multiple times trying to put it back, I looked at Tori giving her a pleading face asking her to help me. It took us awhile to put it back in place (with the help of the techies). 

I think we learned that we should stick with just goofing off and dancing rather than playing with the instruments.
