I miss my life. I miss my Alec. He was the boy who I loved and the boy who had killed me. Alec didn’t mean to, I know he didn’t. I’m stuck in the afterlife. I know I can become a human, my old pack leader, Lea showed me. She’d died before and went into a wolf’s body, why a wolf I don’t know. I need to get back with Alec. I wasn’t a ghost, not completely yet. I’m positive of that.
I was standing above a grieving Alec. He was just staring at my motionless body. I saw it, he had my blood all over him. It was in his dirty blonde hair, on his pale face, on his large hands. I fell in love with this human boy. I just stood there watching him, when I put my hands on his hunched shoulders. He stopped sobbing, and looked up and behind him. We stared right into each others eyes and he said softly “Bella Ly?”
I nodded and Alec stood up.
