"I've been waiting for the moment to finally ask her to be mines...sick of waitin' on the time"  -Malcolm Stewart

----

Malcolm hurriedly turned the food off as soon as he reached the stove.

He thanked God for watching over the food, because if him and Paris had gone any longer then they would have to order takeout tonight.  And Lord knows how much he hates ordering food.

Paris fixed herself up and remade the bed before finally heading down the staircase and jogging to the dining area to get things fixated.

As she assorted out all of the precious China and silverware, the doorbell chimed, instantly making her stop her work and run towards the door.

She smoothed out her joggers--for God knows what--then answered the door.

Her smiled widened as her dad stood behind the glass door, waiting to be let in.

"Daddy!" She squealed loudly and purposely before opening the door.

"Hello my lovely princess." Mr. Vaughn cooed, picking up Paris and swinging her around while she held onto his neck for dear life.

Paris's father, Isaac Vaughn, Sr., stood at a mere 6'1, weighing at one-hundred and sixty pounds.  His dark brown eyes held an innocent look, but his attitude told otherwise.

He was a caring husband to Precious Milton-Vaughn, and a devoted father to Isaac, Sr. and Paris.  He loved his children with all his heart and might, he'd do anything for them, as long as their head was leveled on their shoulders.

Mr. Vaughn set Paris down and she giggled like a little five-year old girl. They began walking to the dining area as Malcolm set the wine glasses on the table.

"Hey son." Mr. Vaughn greeted Malcolm as they shook hands and hugged.

"Hey pops," he greeted back. Paris looked at the two of them and couldn't help but smile.

She always loved how they greeted each other as if they were father and son speaking.

It's been this way for two years and three months. Yes, she's been counting and couldn't be even more proud of herself.

The first nine months into her and Malcolm's relationship was hectic because of his past relationship before theirs. His ex-girlfriend, Tassie Munez, just couldn't seem to let go of what they had.

Paris had wanted to introduce Malcolm to her family sooner than possible, but with the way their relationship was set up at the time, she didn't even know if they would even last.

She didn't want to introduce Malcolm as her "knight in shining armor" and then get her heartbroken soon after that. It would be too embarrassing, and Paris would murk someone before that even happened.

So, after nine months of hiding their relationship, she finally introduced him...and to say they loved him right off impact is an understatement.

She went home with butterflies in her stomach. They were so bad that she felt like hurling at the dinner table.

Hurling off happiness is what she calls it.

It may be weird, but that's how Paris Tamisha Vaughn operates.

Only reason why she introduced him after a whole entire nine months is because Malcolm had showed her that she was his queen, and his everything. Her position was open to no one, and he wanted it to remain that way.
