Chapter 11

Forrest's POV,

I'm bored! I don't know what to do! I just remembered I need to take to Thomas about something but he was still up in the watchtower with that girl. Ava didn't tell me what that girl's name was. I walk over to Zart to see if I can do anything.

"Hey Zart! Need any help?" I asked.

"No, everything's okay. Anyways, Newt told me what happened with that bucket of water" He said folding his arms.

"Newt was in my way. He should have moved! Not me!" I denied. Zart just smiled and rubbed my head before going back to work.

"Fine then" I said to myself. I walked to Frypan since I was there before.

"Hey Fry! Is there anything I can do?" I asked taking a grape.

"No, your fine. Also Forrest, Newt told me about Phil. I made sure he won't come near you" Frypan said.

"Seems like Newt won't close his mouth today" I said to myself surprised. I just decided to walk to the Forrest. I climb a tall tree that showed the whole Glade. I normally climb this tree when I'm bored, stressed or just want some time to myself.

"I really wish I know how Peter and Abbie are doing. I really miss them! I hope WICKED is not putting them in any danger since they helped me back in this maze. I'm actually wondering how Ava would react if I ever see her again, I'm very proud of myself of what I said to her. She deserved it after everything she's doing" I said having a conversation with myself. Then I heard a stick break.

"Who is it!?" I asked starting to panic.

"It's only me!" Chuck said at the bottom of the tree.

"How much did you hear?" I asked panicking now.

"Some of it" Is all he said

"How much?!" I said really panicking.

"She deserved it after everything she's doing?!" He said kinda scared. I gave a sigh of relief.

"Your good then" I said relief.

"Why were you so scared?" He asked confused.

"I-I-it's none of your business!" I retaliated.

"Well, I just wanted to tell you that Newt want to talk to you for a minute" Chuck informed me.

"I'm bloody right here Chuck, I could have just told her myself" Newt said behind him. Chucked turned around surprised. I started panicking for what he heard.

"Also Forrest, all I heard is 'everything she's doing' that's it!" Newt said raising his hands like he surround or something.

"I'm just gonna go" Chuck said running off. I rolled my eyes at him.

"I heard you told Zart and Fry everything. Apparently you can't keep your gay mouth shut for five shucking seconds" I started off.

"I had to tell someone. Just be glad I didn't bloody tell either Minho or Chuck" Newt said. I just move my eyebrows in agreement.

"Thanks" I said.

"What?" he questioned.

"About what you said earlier to Phil. I just wanted to say thanks" I explained.

"That must be the way you see me then?" I guessed.

"You said that you knew my secret, was it Chuck?" He asked to make sure. I jumped down the tree to face him.

"Yep, I guess also Minho, Gally and Alby know that you like me?" I ask

"Now you do" He add on.

"I can't take it anymore. I have to do this" He say then stand up properly. He Walk in front of me as stands up properly but on the tree. Newt bend down a bit since He was a little taller. Our faces are a bit centimetres away, he moves his face closer with my eyes closed. I could tell his eyes were closed as well. Our lips are just inches away then he talk!

"Wait I can't. Cuz I'm gay, your straight" He says standing straight again and giving me my personal space again. I then just rolled him eyes.

"Oh haha, very funny" I sarcasms.I then held my hand out like I was waking for a welcome handshake. Newt looks at it then back at me.

"Truce?" I said still waiting. He shakes it.

"Truce" He smirked still shaking my hand then pulled me onto his body and forced his lips onto mine with the element of surprise. I never noticed this because it all to fast. He closed his eyes but my eyes were wide open. He lets go of my hand and put one hand on my waist and to other on the side of one cheek. I doesn't pull away of kick him, I just stand there full of surprise. It felt like, old times, like when we started dating. It was actually making me happy. Then I get a wonderful feeling in my stomach like butterflies went off. I place my hands on the sides of Newt's shoulders and slowly kissing him back. I never thought this would happen to me but it is. I always thought it would be someone different but it apparently it's my old boyfriend who I think is my boyfriend now. I hear another stick break, it stops the kiss when I turned to see it was Chuck again. He has a super shocked look on his face.

"FORREST AND NEWT ARE KISSING!!" He screamed running out of the woods.

"There he goes again" I said to myself a little.

"Wait. If we kiss, does that mean we're a couple?" Newt asked confused.

"What do you think?" I asked kissing him for three seconds. He kissed my forehead and brought me into a hug. Feeling him in his arm made me feel safe.

"Newt, Forrest. When your done with being all lovey dovey, Thomas would like to talk to you" Minho said unamused. Then walked away. Newt gave me a smile that seemed a little different then usually.

"Come on" He said grabbing my hand then walked to the Med-Jacks.
