Chapter thirty-five

Kacey's POV:

I felt so guilty leaving them like that but had no choice. Slowly I walked over to the hotel 'unknown' had booked for me. Once I checked in I went up to the top floor where my room was. It was about 3:00am when I got to my room so I decided to go to sleep for a few hours. I woke up at 9:00am and dived straight in the shower which took 45minutes. Once I dived out, I put on some leggings and a baggy jumper. Leaving my hair down naturally, I put the hood up and left the hotel. Time for my first instruction. After about 30minutes of me walking I reached the meeting place. I waited for about 10minutes and that's when I saw them. "You ready?" Unknown asked. I slightly nodded my head and held my hand out. They put something in my hand and walked off. The something was a knife. After I'd hid it well I headed towards the police station. Why did I have to do this? Once I arrived, I was checked over and luckily they didn't find the knife. Time for the hard part. "Hello Kacey, have you got it?" My dad asked me. I nodded and slyly slide the knife to him under the table. "Well done, you really care about this 'leo' don't you?" He asked. I nodded and the visiting time was over. I slowly walked out of the prison feeling really guilty and scared at what he would do.

Leo's POV:

Me- Hey Harv
Harvey- yeah
Me- I miss how we used to be
Harvey- same but it's my fault
Me- don't keep blaming yourself, it was a stupid mistake that's in the past
Harvey- I know you alright after you know last night
Me- no I miss her so much and I needed her more anything right now but I can't do nothing about it I wish I could though
Harvey- so do I but let's just pray she does come back
Me- yep
Harvey- she'll be fine and back here before you know it
Me- I really hope so, I just miss her and I don't know how I'm going to cope
Harvey- you've always got us lot
Me- I know *sighs*
Harvey- aye cheer up, for her to go like that it's got to be important
Me- I know, I just wish she'd talk to me about it
Harvey- I know mate
Leo- I'm off to watch tv, see ya
Harvey- see ya mate

I walked into the living room to see Joey watching the news. "Yo Joey what's happening here?" I asked Joey as I sat next to him. He sighed. "Kacey's dad somehow got a knife, and has escaped again." He replied. I sighed. She isn't safe now. We shouted everyone down for a emergency meeting. We always called my dad to bring Tilly over as well because they need to be here. Once everyone was In The living room, we starting speaking.

Joey- so the reason you are all here now is because of something that's happened.
Leo- as you know, Kacey's dad is a dangerous man
Tilly- wait where's Kacey
Antonio- oh yeah where's Kacey
Joey- urm well read this and you'll find out
Antonio&Tilly- omg
Leo- yeah I know but anyway, he's somehow got a knife and escaped out of prison again
Joey- so we want all the doors and windows locked so no one can get in
Jordi- isn't it a coincidence that when Kacey's runs off, her dad gets a knife and escapes
Joey- Jordi she wouldn't do that, she knows what he's capable of
Jordi- actually if you think about it, he's a threat to us and remember those calls and texts she was getting, what if someone here's been threatened and she's being forced to do stuff so we survive
Leo- omg that actually makes sense
Joey- oh crap
Jordi- should we check her room for any clues
Leo- yeah
Jordi- come on then

With that we headed upstairs to Kacey's room, also known as both of ours but whatever. We searched her room endlessly until we found a suspicious box. We opened it and were horrified by what we saw. Photos of every single one of us, from the first day we met, to the day she left. At the bottom there was a note which read;

So you went through all the photos then. Hoped you liked them. If you don't do my instructions I will rip everyone away from you. You better keep this quiet as well or you will be dead. You hear me. And so will anyone who you tell. Leo looks important to you. You don't want him being ripped away from you do you. Thought not. I won't stop taking photos. Keep adding them to my collection. I've already started ripping people away from you and It won't stop now. Trust me. And before you think anything no I'm not your dad, I just got your dad to do the jobs for me and because he wanted to. Next person on the list is Antonio so be careful. I will destroy Leo which then destroys you. You may think you are smart. But you're not. I'm coming for you Kacey. I've done this before. Be aware. If I see anyone alone. I will strike. Even little Tilly. So do my instructions. Little Miss Kacey Wacey.

We were all stunned. Why us? I just burst into tears. She's doing it to protect us. But she could get in trouble or even hurt. "She can't do this, she's just a teenage girl, she can get time in prison." Jordi said. Everyone sighed. "But she's doing it, to protect us, to have got a knife into that police station and not get caught she clearly knows what she's doing." Joey said. We all nodded and just sat in silence until....

This chapters short I know but I've got plans for the next chapter and it's going to be good☺️
