The next morning I tried to get up on time. I usually was on time but I didn't want history to repeat itself. I even set my alarm ten minutes earlier than usual and woke up ten minutes before it went off.It was like my subconsious knew this was important to me. I took my sweet time getting ready, Lydia was picking me up like every day. When I opened the door for her she was surprised I was already ready to go. Usually I would have to at least pull my boots on, sometimes I wasn't even completely dressed yet.

"Why are you all ready to go?" Lydia eyed me suspiciously.

"I had twenty minutes extra this morning." I replied while getting into her car.

"And why is that?" Lydia started the car and sped off towards school.

"It's kind of a long story." I mumbled a smile creeping onto my face.

"I've got time. We'll be at least ten minutes early today." She looked over at me with a smug grin.

"Okay,okay..." I told her everything that had happened at the weekend and she was more than happy for me.

"I told you Stiles was doubting himself didn't I? And I was right." She did a little victory dance. "You guys are gonna be so cute together."

"Lydia, we are not together...I mean yet. I don't know. Maybe he doesn't even want to be together with me?" I looked at her, doubts clouding my mind. Stiles wasn't the only one who could doubt himself.

"Claire. You guys kissed, twice. I don't think Stiles would've kissed you if he didn't want to be with you."

"If you say so..." I got out of the car, more and more people were entering the school and I had been wondering all day if Stiles would be waiting at my locker like he did two years ago. I wouldn't want to keep him waiting. Lydia followed me and we walked into school side by side. When we reached the hallway with my locker my heart leaped in my chest. A smile playing on my lips. There he was standing next to my locker. He was waiting for me. When his eyes found mine he mirrored my expression, smiling widely at me.

"He totally wants to be with you." Lydia whispered in my ear, making me blush, before leaving me alone to go to her locker.

"Hey." I softly spoke when I reached him.

"Hey." He locked his gaze on mine and it felt like time was standing still. He smiled again before speaking. "I managed to finish the chemistry project yesterday. It wasn't even that hard." He chuckled and I rolled my eyes.

"Thanks for calling me stupid again Stiles." I shoved his shoulder lightly and he pouted in mock hurt.

"I'm not calling you stupid...chemistry is just not your thing." I scrunched up my nose at his words. But he was right, chemistry was not my thing. "Ah, c'mon you know I think you're smart." He threw his arm over my shoulder and we made our way to history class.

"Actually I don't know. You never told me."

"Well, now you know." He smiled down at me and I chuckled in response.

At lunch I was sitting between Kira and Lydia. They were telling me all the juicy details about Lydia's halloween party. But I wasn't really paying attention. I kept on sneaking glances at Stiles who was talking to Scott with his usual hand gestures. I found myself smiling when suddenly a finger snap infront of me.

"Earth to Claire! Are you even listening?" Kira said and I turned to look at her.

"Uh...sure..." Kira looked at me skeptically "What were you saying?" I asked sheepishly while she started to laugh.

"I was saying, that we should hang out again soon." I nodded in response

"Yeah, that would be nice." I smiled when the bell rang. I looked over at Lydia and nudged her lightly "Ready to go?" I got up from my seat and Lydia followed me. I wasn't looking forward to french and math class now but I'll have to manage.

I'll never know how two hours can pass so slowly. The last two were usually the worst. I was about to fall asleep in math but of course Mrs. Gordy had different plans. I had to solve another equation on the board, humiliating myself. When class was over Stiles approached me.

"Looks like you could also use some help with math." Him pointing out how bad in school I was started to annoy me. Like seriously, I know I'm not good in subjects like chemistry and math, I was more of a languages kind of student. I just wasn't good with numbers.

"Stiles, seriously. Could you stop pointing out my flaws? I really don't need you to remind me that I have no idea of what is going on. I already feel stupid okay? And I don't know how I am going to pass these classes so just stop okay?" My words came out rather harsh and Stiles looked taken aback.

"I'm sorry...I-I just wanted to offer you some help. I didn't mean to make you feel bad, I'm sorry."

"No...no I'm sorry. I shouldn't have snapped at you like that. It just started to annoy me." I confessed. We had promised each other we would talk about everything. No more misunderstandings.

"So...would you like some help? You could come over to mine..." We started walking towards the schools exit. Stiles looked at me his eyes flickering between mine. It looked like he was nervous.

"Okay." I smiled resulting in him smiling aswell. "Let me just quickly tell Lydia." He nodded and I made my way towards Lydia who was standing infront of her car talking to Kira. "Hey Lyds, you won't have to take me home today. I'm going over to Stiles'. He's helping me with math." Kira and Lydia both looked at me with raised eyebrows. "What?" I asked confused. Why were they looking at me like that?

"A study date?" Lydia smirked and I knew exactly what she was thinking.

"Just studying, Lydia." I replied while Kira waved at us and went over to Scott's bike.

"'Just studying' never ends with just studying, Claire."

"What are you saying?" She had some kind of purpose behind her words and I was curious as to what she meant.

"I'm just saying, you know, make sure he covers up."

"Lydia! I am not having sex with Stiles." I hissed my cheeks burning. Lydia just shrugged her shoulder and got into her car without another word. Still blushing I walked over to Stiles Jeep.

"Why are your cheeks the color of a tomato?" Stiles asked when I reached him and I waved my hand at him.

"I don't want to talk about it." Stiles nodded and we got into the Jeep.
