Chapter 2 (Percy Jackson)

Okay. Let's just get this done. So, Annabeth, Grover, and I needed to go someplace. I really don't remember where, but that doesn't really matter. Anyway, we got in the only acceptable taxi a demigod can get in, the Gray Sisters' taxi. We get in to the taxi and tell them wherever we were going that day, and BOOM, we take off at what seems like it's the speed of light. And then the fighting with those three starts.

The driving sister screams, "GIVE ME THE EYE!" All of us in the back seat give each other a look that kind of says "oh no."

The sister closest to the door on the other side yells back, "You know it's MY turn to have the eye!" Meanwhile, we're flying over something that looks like the Atlantic Ocean. Don't ask me why we were flying. I'm still wondering about that.

The middle sister screams, "YOU had the eye yesterday! Give it to me!"

All of the sisters are screaming at each other and Grover looks like he'll throw up. We're still flying over the Atlantic Ocean, but you can see a bit of land on the side. After about another minute of screaming, hair-pulling, and swerving, the driver finally gets the eye, but it's too late. In their fight, we lost a lot of altitude, and we crash into a tree.

The tree is the craziest tree I've ever seen, with thick branches and knots everywhere. Everyone sits there, just waiting for us to fall and crash the car even more. Instead, we get hurled out of the tree and flip twice before landing upright. I slip out of the car and stare at a giant castle. It has towers everywhere and looks really old. All I can think is, "What have I gotten myself into?"
