Winter
"Well, there she goes," I smiled as Makeria and Leilani soared through the sky.
"We better follow," Tigress said through a giggle.
"You sure? I can run if you want," I suggested.
"No, I got this," she said her wings expanding.
Tigress lifted me into the air swiftly. I smiled as we flew. We shortly caught up to Makeria and Leilani. Makeria's blonde hair flowed behind her, her rainbow high lights glistening in the sun. Leilani glanced at us, giving a cute wink before speeding up. Tigress did the same.
"So, do you know where we are going?" I asked Makeria with a toothy grin on my face.
"Not a general direction, but all we have to do is find a town, Igneel said it was close by," Makeria replied.
"And what if we're going the wrong way?" I asked, stifling a laugh.
"Then we turn around, oh look!" Makeria yelled mid-sentence, pointing to what looked to be a road. "Let's follow that!"
Tigress and Leilani swooped downward, closer to the road. Up close, we could see several carriages traveling on the road. We followed the road and carriages for a while, when we finally started to see homes and shops.
"Do you think this is Magnolia?" I asked Makeria.
"Only one way to find out," Makeria answered.
I nodded, Tigress lowered until I could softly touch the ground. Leilani and Makeria not far behind. The streets of what was hopefully Magnolia, were full of buzzing activity. Dotted with shops and homes, the town seemed sort of crowded. To think of it, few places a long the road didn't have a sort of structure. Regardless, we needed to find Fairy Tail.
We passed several people before I finally stopped to ask for directions. The man I had pulled aside was quite short; he wore a white chef's outfit, and had a long bushy mustache.
"Excuse me sir, but is this the town of Magnolia?" I asked him.
"Sure is my lady, are you looking for something in particular?" he questioned. The man seemed to be very friendly and nice.
"Yes sir we are!" I exclaimed, smile spread on my face, "Do you know where the guild Fairy Tail is?"
The man let out a low chuckle. "Follow that road my dear. Might I ask what you need from Fairy Tail?"
"Well we were actually hoping for their help," I explained.
"I see, well be ready to pay for property damage," he said, he waved away my questioning look.
"Um okay, well thank you for you help!" I said.
The man nods, turning away from us. I walked a couple steps closer to Makeria, casting a glance towards the road we were supposed to follow. It shouldn't be too long of a walk. I stared down at my feet. A mixture of excitement and fear coursed through my veins. What would we do if they didn't help us? I questioned myself. No I already knew the answer, we would do what we have to, we would finish our mission.
I snapped myself out of my current daze. I lifted my gaze from my feet to Makeria's face. Her eyes, which resembled the planet Earth, were far away and distant. The blue and brown colors glazed over.
"You've awfully quiet," I said with a cheerful tone.
"I'm just thinking of our future," she says smile on her face.
"And?" I question, as Tigress sits on my head.
"Well, I just hope that we'll find some new friends!" she exclaims, I smile at her notion.
She was always so bubbly and cheerful; I couldn't help but being slightly jealous. We exchanged glances, then began on the path to Fairy Tail.
Hey guys! Fairy Tail will actually be in the next chapter, I promise! Hope you liked this chapter, thanks again for the read. Please comment and vote thanks! -Vamp Lover
