Ross POV
Me:
Hey Katie! Would you like to hang out at my house tomorrow?
Katie:
Sure! Let me ask my parents.
Ross:
Ok
Katie:
They said yes! But they said they need to meet you first.
Ross:
Oh ok. That's fine. What time should I come over?
Katie:
Is 12:30 ok?
Ross:
Yep!
Katie:
Ok, yay! I have to go now. Dinner time. Bye Ross!
Ross:
Ok, bye!
I had to meet her parents! At first I was freaked out, because Katie told me how her dad wasn't to happy about the date. I was praying he would like me. But all I knew right then was that I needed to clean my room.
~~~
It was 12:20. I was about to leave to go to Katie's. I double checked to make sure my house was clean before I left. Everything was fine, so I got in the car, and left. My heart was pounding fast.
Katie POV
Ross pulled up, so I opened the door. I already had a talk to my dad, but I was still nervous. I opened the door. Ross had a big smile on his face, and was holding a bouquet of pink flowers. He said they were for me and my mom. It was so cute! I welcomed him in, and introduced him to my parents.
"Would you like something to drink?" My mom said politely, but also very excited.
"No thank you." Ross said.
"So Ross, you like my girl?" My dad asked sternly.
"Yes sir, I do." Ross said smiling nervously.
I could not believe my dad was doing this.
"Do you wanna date my girl?" My dad asked staring at Ross.
"Yes sir. But I only will with you permission." Ross said
"Well you seem like a gentleman, your respectful, and you make my princess happy. So we will see about you." My dad said.
"Thank you sir." Ross said smiling.
"I don't know for sure yet. So keep that in you mind." My dad said making his point clear.
"Yes sir." Ross said.
"Ok, well y'all better get going. Me and John are going to a friends house." My mom said getting in front of my dad.
"Ok. Bye Mr and Mrs Pam. Have a good day." Ross said smiling again.
Me and Ross left to go to his house. You could tell Ross was excited we were leaving.
