2 days later...

I was leaving the hospital again after checking up on my dad. He broke his leg and is coming home tomorrow. I was going to the park to do my exercises. And not the new park where Ross left me. I was doing my normal routines, stretching and then running, minding my own business. When somebody grabbed me and pulled me behind a tree. I looked up and saw... Him. No, not the beautiful blonde, Ross Shor Lynch, but I saw Jason. My ex-boyfriend.

"Hey baby. Where's your body guard, Ross?" He smirked.

"Let go of me, Jason." I said trying to get free from his grip.

"Not this time, sweetie." He said getting close to my face.

"Don't call me that." I said turning my head.

"I can do whatever I want to." He said leaning in kissing me.

I tried to break free, but he was to strong. He stuck his tongue out, and I bit it really hard.

"Ow!" He said pulling away.

He looked at me and slapped my face. He leaned back in and kissed me harder. I couldn't break free this time. That's when it happened.

"Hi-ya!" I voice screamed.

Jason flenched, then moaned in pain, holding his... Parts. Somebody kicked him there... That's when something else happened.

"Hwa!" Another voice yelled and somebody else punched him in the face.

He fell to the ground moaning. I realized that I never took my eyes of Jason the whole time. I looked up and saw to amazing girls... Cheyenne and Rydel. They looked down at Jason and smirked. Then they saw me and their faces went to worry. They ran over and hugged me.

"Oh my gosh Katie are you ok?!" Rydel yelled.

"Yeah I'm fine." I said squeezing them.

"Who is that?!" Cheyenne asked.

"Jason my ex-boyfriend." I said wanting to cry.

"Oh no!" They said hugging me again.

"Thank you so much guys. I would of probably still of been up against that tree, kissing him if it wasn't for y'all. Since Ross isn't here." I said, saying the last part under my breath.

"I'm so happy we came. We knew you were gonna be here. We wanted to make sure you are ok, you know, from Ross, and we came at the perfect timing." Rydel said.

"I'm fine. Thank you. I'm so happy I have y'all." I said starting to tear up.

"Aw. We will always be here for you." They said.

It was silent for a minute.

"How's Ross?" I asked Rydel.

"Ugh he has been so grumpy. I'm mad at him. We aren't talking." She said.

"Oh no. I'm sorry Rydel." She said.

"Oh don't apologize. I'm going to have another talk with him today. In fact I have to go home. My mom just texted me." She said looking at her phone.

"And I have to go somewhere with my mom." Cheyenne said.

"Ok guys. Thank you." I said again.

We all walked back to our cars and left.

Rydel POV

I went home, to talk to Ross. I soon as I got there I saw him in the kitchen. Here it go's...

"So Ross... You have been fired from your job." I said.

"What job?" He said not looking at me.

"The job of protecting Katie. She was at the park and Jason pinned her down and forced her to kiss him."

He looked at me with wide eyes. But he looked back down. Yep he still cares.

"Is she ok?" He mumbled.

"Yeah she's fine thanks to me and Cheyenne. We saw them and we got him off."

"Ok."

"Wow. Ok? That's all? Stop acting like a child and make up with her."

"I tried! She was being stubborn and wouldn't forgive me!" He said standing up.

"Well you didn't do enough! Try harder!" I yelled.

He left the room.

Katie POV

When I got home I went in my bedroom and got on my laptop. When I opened it I looked at the background. It was I picture of me and Ross. I missed him so much. I just sat there staring at it. I started crying and shut the lap top. I cried, until I decided to leave. I got up and went outside. I started walking down the street. I slowly stopped crying and just walked. I didn't know where, but I felt like my heart was telling me to keep walking.
