Meeting the Lynchs

Ross POV

Oh my gosh I was happy to get in my car. My heart was beating really fast, from meeting her parents and for her dad giving me half of his permission. Other than the protective dad part, I really liked her parents.

"Wow, they really like you. It's easy to tell my mom does, but I know my dad, and he likes you. Sorta. But he will end up really liking you. I promise." Katie said smiling.

"Thank goodness." I said in relief.

"So is everything you said in there about liking me true?" She asked.

"Of course. Your awesome. Why wouldn't anybody like you? I asked smiling.

Katie's smile faded, and she said, "I don't know. My ex, Carson dumped me in January, and started dating somebody else. But I don't care about him anymore."

"Well he is a blind idiot. He can't see how awesome you are? Your beautiful, kind, funny, smart and a whole bunch of other awesome things." I said looking in her beautiful green eyes.

"Thanks Ross. Your so sweet. I like you to." She said blushing.

We left to go to my house. I talked about my family, and listened to music. When we got there we walked to the front door, and my mom came straight up to her and hugged her. Best mom ever! They all shook all their hands even though she all ready met Riker, Ellington, Rydel, and Rocky. They all really liked her, and my mom treated her like a daughter.

Katie POV

I really liked everybody, especially Stormie. She was so sweet! After meeting Stormie, Mark, and Ryland, we sat in the living room, and I talked about myself some. Then we all watched a movie, and me and Ross played some board games. I had so much fun! When it was time to go, I told everybody bye, and Ross drove me home. 

"Thanks for everything." I said we got in my drive through.

Ross POV

"Your welcome Katie." I said.

We looked at each other for about a couple of seconds. She was so beautiful. I wanted to kiss her. So I made the move... Almost. I soon as I decided to kiss her, the porch light came on, and her dad walked out before I could even move.

"Oh uh, bye Ross." She said startled.

"Bye Katie see you soon." I said.

She got out of the car, and walked up the steps. Her dad waved goodbye to me, and I drove away. I was about to kiss her, until her dad walked out! Oh well, better luck next time.
