Ashley's POV

After telling Ricker what I wanted done about everyone who had anything to do with Mason, we all went back inside...only to see Mom, Dad and Missy all in tears over Mason. I knew Mom wanted to see him and I knew what condition he was in. It was just a price she was going to have to pay.

"Where is that son of a bitch?" Mom asked.

"Buncombe county, in a hospital called Memorial Mission Hospital." Ricker said.

"What are you going to do about him?" Missy asked.

"Well, I'm having 2 of my Officers getting him and Coffey as well as Judge Newby and Corlee...they are bringing them here...which I don't know what AShley wants to do with Judge Newby...I don't know if he'll go to jail over what happen or not." Ricker said.

"If not I will take him to see Mason...and scar him mentally for life to where he will think twice about giving into a parent just because of their money and take the child away from a perfectly good mother and home." I said as Norman ended up getting a phone call.

"Hello....is everything okay...yeah Mason is...is asleep I can't wait to you get here....I love you too Mingus...bye." Norman said as he hung up his phone.

"Is everything okay?" I asked.

"Yeah...he said he's in the middle of South Carolina right now and will be here in about 2 hours and 30 minutes give or take." Norman said as Ricker shook his head.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Jason, Coffey, Newby and Corlee will be here about the same time." Ricker said. "And I know you will probably want your say." He added.

"I don't know how the hell it's going to work out but yes...all three of them bastards are going to have their nuts in a fucking grinder when they get here and I don't care who sees." I said as I took a seat beside of Mom and tried to comfort her. "Try to get some sleep Mom." I added.

"Good luck on that." Mom said looking at me.

"There is coffee in the Cafeteria if you all would like some." Doctor Ryan said.

"That would be amazing." I said standing up locking hands with Norman as the others followed us to the Cafeteria for some coffee.

Once in the Cafeteria Norman, Missy and I got Caramel Mocca coffee, while Mom ordered just the Mocca and the rest of the guys ordered just regular Milk. I looked at Joe and Gary who was getting their coffee and seen the blood on their shirts knowing they were the two that found Mason.

After they got their coffee I nodded to them to sit near me so I could talk to them, they didn't hesitate they came over and sat in front of Norman and I while Mom sat beside of me and Missy sat beside of her while Dad sat on the other side of Norman.

"I'm so sorry Ashley...I should have killed that piece of shit when I had the chance." Gary said as I shook my head.

"No...I'm glad you didn't kill him...you would have went back to jail." I said as Norman looked at me.

"When was this?" Norman asked.

"Maybe a few days or a week before you. It when I called Billy." I said.

"I remember you called and crying asking for him." Norman said as I nodded.

"Speaking of Billy where is he?" I asked.

"Him and Lisa went up there to go see Mason." Mom said.

"Oh okay." I said as I tried to take a sip of my coffee. "But Joe, Gary, I owe you mine and my Son's life...if it wasn't for you two there wouldn't have been a chance in hell he would have pulled thru...thank you so much." I added.
