Logan's POV

Liam and I began to talk as I waited for Eleanor and our drinks.

"Was that your little sister I saw with you the other day?" Liam asked, fiddling with his thumbs and managing to make eye contact.

I was caught off guard with that question, my mouth opening but no words seeming to come out. "Uhh. No." I managed to say.

"Hmm. She really looked like you." He laughed, his melodic voice filling my ears.

"She's..uhm.. my daughter." I laughed, running my fingers through my hair, preparing myself for the judgement and questioning.

"Daughter?" Liam's eyes widened, his mouth slightly agape.

"Bad past.." I whispered.

"Sorry if I offended you with my reaction, you just look so youthful that I didn't even relaize something like that." He said.

"No. No..."

"So I suppose the tall fellow is your boyfriend."

"Harry? No. He's... I just came back from America about a week ago. He - he's.."

"He kissed you." Liam laughed, looking at me with those bright brown orbs.

"He's a good friend."

"I'm sorry if I sound jealous or anything... but its just within knowing you in such a short period of time... I'm taking quite a liking to you..."

I winced at his words, remembering the same words Louis had said to me when we had first met.

"Stop apologizing." I laughed.

"Logan, love." Eleanor cooed, throwing me a wink.

I quickly looked over at Liam, an apologetic look taking over my features.

"I've got to go. My aoologies." I said standing.

"Do you mind me having your number, maybe we can meet over coffee." He smiled.

I was hesitant, pulling out my phone and giving my number seemed quite ridiculous. But Liam seemed to trutworthy.. I gave him my number, murmuring my goodbye to him. I was suddenly engulfed in an unexpected hug, a gasp leaving my lips.

"Bye Logan." I watched him walk off in the opposite direction, shoving his hands into his pockets.

I swiftly made my way back to El, receiving an immediate reaction.

"Who was that?" She teased, nudging me slightly and handing me the drink.

"Oh. I know him from somewhere." I laughed, masking the blush on my cheeks. Eleanor caught on, gaping at me with wide eyes.

"You fancy him don't you?!?" Eleanor gushed, a grin plastered on her face from ear to ear.

I shook my head, denying everything she was accusing me of.

"Logan! As one of your good friends, I demand you to tell me whether you fancy him or not."

Good friends? She tore Louis and I apart... although, it was for the best. She seemed to fill the gap in Lou's heart, and I was thankful for that. She treated me like a younger sibling as well, which gained her some admiration.

I let out a long sigh, mumbling something inaudible. She peered at me with narrowed eyes, "What..?" She inquired, leaning in closer.

I mumbled again, looking down and taking a sip from my drink.

"Logan. You're acting like a child."

I grumbled loudly, looking over at her as I felt mt cheeks ache from an upcoming smile.

"I do fancy him a bit."
