Louis's POV

The curls were what gave his identity away immediately.

Harry.

"I'm sorry, but you.. You can't speak to her right now." I said, maintaining my calm expression.

"Please.." He said softly, a slight determination in his voice, a glimmer of hope in his green eyes.

I shook my head, "Maybe in better timing." I replied, closing the door.

He quickly wedged his foot between the door and frame, restricting me from closing it.

He pushed the door open, stepping in uninvited.

His eyes darted to the staircase, large strides not quick enough to dodge my grip.

I grabbed his arm, restraining him from going any farther.

I shoved him towards the door, holding back any anger that was to be lashed out on him.

His body tensed, provoking me even farther.

"Get out." I said in frustrated tone, motioning towards the door.

"Not until you let me speak to Logan." He argued, shaking out of my grip.

I wasn't going to let him hurt my fiancée in any way.

I grabbed him by the sleeve of his jacket, bringing our faces close.

"I said... Get out."

Logan's POV

"Get out." I heard Louis say sternly, another persons voice echoed from downstairs arguing with Louis on whether or not to leave.

"Let me talk to her." I heard him say, the well known accent traveling up the stairs.

I could already picture the loose curls, piercing green eyes, stone hard exterior masking his actual kindhearted personality.

"I'm sorry mate, but you just can't right now." Louis argued back, his tone a bit more defensive.

I quietly made my way to the hall, staying around the corner, listening in to the conversation.

"Listen. I just need to say something, apologize to her, then I can leave. Please." Harry said in a hushed tone.

There was a moment of silence, no one spoke a word, I held my breath waiting for Louis to respond.

"No." I heard him say, the event that followed nearly made me scream.

A grunt escaped one of their lips, notifying me one of them had thrown a punch. I bit my lower lip, the overwhelming sensation of seeing Louis hurt startled me.

Out of instinct, I bolted down the stairs, my heart racing madly.

Another pained groan sounded.

"Stop.." I whispered in a hurt voice, hoping at least one of them would hear me.

As soon as I reached the last step, I stopped in my place. My mouth agape, eyes watering.

The horrific sight in front of me, surprised me the most.
