There, on the screen in front of me was none other than Michael Clifford.

"Hi!" Anna waved enthusiastically at Michael on the screen, while I was too shocked to speak. He awkwardly waved to Anna, but looked towards me, questioningly.

"Mel?" His voice was concerned, but by that point my rage had started to kick in.

"Don't Mel me! You lied to me!"

Now, I know what you may be thinking; 'It's the Michael Clifford! Just accept it!' Whether it's Michael or not, he lied to me. I put my trust in him and he lied to me.

"I'm sorry," He said, bringing up his hands to his mouth in the form of sleeve paws and the adorableness melted my heart, but I was standing firm, not swayed by his cuteness.

"Why?" I simply asked, not daring to look at him. Anna gave me a warning glare so I just turned the other way. I was not going to be swayed by her either.

"I just felt that if you knew who I really was you would just see me as that guy from 5sos and not me for who I am."

"A dork?" I teased, letting a smile slip, and Anna sniggered. Michael let a small giggle and I had already mentally forgave him.

"Your dork?" He asked, holding his hands out as though he could reach through the screen to me. I could feel my cheeks enflame with a deep blush.

"Whatever," I dismissed with an eye roll.

"Well, I shall leave you two to get on with your chit chat, tell Luke I love him, Mike," Anna squealed, before bouncing her way out the room.

"Who was that?" Michael asked with a chuckle and I laughed along before answering.

"Anna, my best friend and unintentional hover of all the food," I smiled, looking to Michael to see he was already looking at me. Oh god, here comes another blush.

"So you didn't like my surprise then?" Michael asked, doing a jazz hands gesture, and I sighed, shaking my head.

"I don't really like surprises in general."

"How come?! Everyone loves surprises!" He exclaimed, and I winced at the shrill metallic noise it made from my laptop.

"I'm not everyone, Mike."

I hadn't even realized we had been on Skype for near on two hours until I checked the time to see that it was already midnight and I still had an English essay question to write up for tomorrow.

"Mike, I need to go," I sighed, pulling the blanket on my shoulders closer around me.

"Yeah, I have band stuff to do too," he nodded with a smile.

"Well, I'll Kik you tomorrow or something?" I asked. God, was I desperate or what?

"Yeah, of course," He replied.

"Bye bye," I said with a wave and a smile.

"Byeeeee" he returned the wave and the call ended.

It took me a moment of staring into space in wonder before I realised that English homework still needed to be done. Right, Lolita, let's have you.
