Today was the day..

Everyone was hectically running around the hallways, carrying flowers, fabric or carpets. I felt claustrophobic with all the people around, having to hide away in my own room. I had no choice really because sooner or later I was going to be taken away anyway, changed into my dress and prepare myself.

But first there was the greeting of the guests who first arrived. Alphas from all over the country, coming to witness the big day of the most feared alpha. They were all so nice, I strangely thought that they were all big and intimating. I suppose you could still say they were, but all had the hearts of gold.

"Well if this isn't the most beautiful young girl, I have ever seen !" An Alphas voice boomed across the hall, big and powerful man came into sight along with it.

Grabbing my hands he started spinning me around, making me erupt in giggles. He was the type of man that looked like your big old grandfather, a slight comedian that everybody loved.

"Welcome Alpha Dexter, it's nice to meet you." I bowed before him, making him laugh deeply telling me I was silly on having such curtsy to him.

Before I knew I it, Ammelia dragged me away with all the other ladies telling me we were running out of time to get ready. I was sat down my make up being done first, light and neutral but still made my features stand out well. My hair was curled lightly, curls falling down past my ribcage. Secured half up half down, a long veil clipped onto of my hair flowing down to the back of my legs.

The dress was slipped on my body, the back corset tightened so I nearly couldn't breath. Necklace and the rest of the jewelry was placed on me very last, along with a sweet smell of perfume. When I stepped out, everyone dazed in awe making a blush creep up my cheeks.

"Beautiful, absolutely angelic." Aunt Ammelia seemed to be caught up, her eyes glistening against the light showing tears filling up her eyes.

We've grown close, becoming family so she has gotten emotional during today. Everybody looked stunning really, the three ladies Isabella, Spencer and Gillian wearing the bridesmaid dresses all different shades of blue, starting with the darkest. The little girls wearing their pastel blue coloured dresses with tiaras on top of their heads looking like princesses.

They're dates Damon, Dmitry and Dominic looked equally handsome. Suits perfectly made for their body types, clutching to the right parts the ties matching their mates dresses. I smiled at them, all happy families with colour coordinated clothes. They stood in three groups, the two twins all suited up like the father. The family crest sewed onto the chest part of their suit.

"Oh isn't the colour coordination wonderful." Isabella clapped looking at us all, taking notice of how much effort Ammelia put into this. A knock on the door made us all turn, I suddenly stopped breathing knowing what it meant.

"Ophelia, it's time." I hadn't felt nervous all this time until now. Everybody turned to me, remaining silent as Xavier made he's way towards me. I glanced in the mirror last time, the dress hugging my body flowing in a long trail behind me. My white hair curling down to my waist, complimenting the white/silver veil attached to my head. Everything was perfect.

I relaxed, releasing the breath I was holding nodding at Xavier linking my arm in he's. This is it, there is no turning back no more. Today will be the start of our forever.
