Once I got home I stood on the porch taking a deep breath I closed my eyes as I twisted the knob to my front door once I got inside I slammed the door harder than I expe ted as I walked into the kitchen I saw my dad and some man sitting at the table I saw the empty bottles of vodka and beer laying on the floor meaning they were drunk once I was in the kitchen completely my dad looks up and sees me his eyes black with rage

"K'lynn where the fuck have u been" he said

"I was at ny'lay house " I said back quickly rolling my eyes then all of a sudden he slapped me to the ground and he began to hover over me

"what did I tell you about rolling your eyes" he said I tried to get up but he kicked me in my stomach making me fall back to the ground coughing he bent down and pulled me by my hair putting his lips to my ear saying

"listen here don't you ever leave this mother-fucking house without permission again and if you don't come back because you'll regret it" he let me go and I quickly ran to the bathroom in my room and locked the door I reached in the drawer and found my real best friend MY RAZOR I pulled up my sleeve on my shirt and slide the razor across my wrist I started to see blood gushing out that's when I felt the pain emotionally and physically I started to cry as I cut my thigh and my upper arm then I wiped up all the blood and left the bathroom I sat on my bed and opened my laptop and then it started ringing and it said

I hit accept and instantly I saw the four boys and my best friend they all said 'hey at the same time once I looked up immediately princeton gasped

"K'lynn what's wrong you've been crying" he said concern filling his eyes

"nothing and I had something in my eye" I said he nodded but I knew he hadn't let it go but as I looked at ny'lah she was all smiles

"ny'lah why are you so happy"

roc cut her off by saying "were gonna be in Chicago tomorrow"

"that's cool and its gonna be Friday....so are we gonna met up"

"duh " princeton said barely letting me get the words out my mouth a few seconds later we heard a lady call the boys then ray ray started talking

"ay y'all that's Keisha we need to finish packing but we gone see by all tomorrow right" me and ny'lah nodded as everybody said bye and the call ended I laid on my bed huffing I was really starting to like them and that was even a shock for me ..a few minutes later my phone buzzed it was a text from Princeton

Princeton: I know u were lying

me: about what?

Princeton:having something in your eye...

me: oh :(

Princeton : what's wrong

me: nothing I'm for real trust me just let it go

Princeton: OK

me: you didn't let it go did u

princeton: nope but sleep tight I gotta go c u tomorrow

I laid back on my bed that boy was really growing on me I thought as I laid there and fell asleep.
