I opened my eyes still lying down on ny'lah's bed when I lifted up I saw her sitting at the edge of the bed talking on the phone I tapped her with my foot once she looked up I mouthed 'who is that' she looked at me and smiled then mouthed back 'ROC' I looked at her and made a heart with my hands as she started laughing I reached across the bed and grabbed my phone as soon as I unlocked it I got a text

Princeton: morning! u slept well

Me: morning & yes I did

Princeton: nice wyd

Me: about to hop in the shower

Princeton: ooh text me l8er then

Me: cool

I got up and ran to the shower turning on the hot water letting it soothe me the water ran across my scraps my scars and my cuts most of them came from my dad but I caused the rest I don't know why I cut myself I just liked the way it felt it made it seem like out of all the things in the world I do wrong I'm finally doing something right.

"K'LYNN HURRY UP!!! " I heard ny'lah scream I quickly got out and began to put on my grey skinny legs with my black vans and my grey and black shirt that says 'sweeter than honey and I grabbed ny'lah's grey hat and put it on I waited for her downstairs once she came down we left once we got to school we saw Yazmin she is the school ho3 she be on everybody shit I can't stand her .....as she walked pass me she bumped me making my bag fall from my shoulder

"Ay watch were u going damn" she said I turned around

"bitch don't fucking play widd me i will fuck u up" I say loud causing a crowd of students to appear

"get the fuck on you aint gone do shit" she say "she be on that man" yazmin's friend Jordan says

I drop my stuff and go stand in yazmin face "fuck you wanna do" I stand there and she doesn't say anything" right like I said bitch stop fucking widd me " I say picking up my stuff ...as I turn to walk away I feel her push me I turn back around and punch her hard in the face she falls and I get on top of her punching the shit out of her face then I feel Jordan push me when she does ny'lah runs over and punches her and she gets on top of her punching her like I'm doing with yazmin a few seconds pass and I feel hands wrapped around my waist and next thing I know am on somebody's shoulder being carried away i look to my right to see my best friend in the same position

once we get in the office I sit down fixing my hair that's when ny'lah walks in laughing "Lmao baby-girl we beat ass" I started laughing with her and we stop as we see yazmin and Jordan walk in they sit on the other side of the

table once they sit down I see Jordan looking at ny'lah then everything happened so fast next thing I know ny'lah jumps over the table and throws Jordan to the floor slamming her and she starts stumping her that's when yazmin slapped ny'lah (that was my cue ) I ran over and pushed yazmin making her fall into the chair as I upper cut her in the face after a second or two teachers started running in pulling me and ny'lah away I calmed down but somehow ny'lah got past the teachers and went back to stumping Jordan once they finally got her calm they sent us to the principal we got 2 weeks of after-school detention but since we had good grades they just let us both off with a warning

"Phew I been wanting to whoop they asses for a while now" I nodded agreeing with her we decided to just ditch the rest of the day and went back to ny'lah's house and chilled until I had got my things ready to go back home
