Applause rang out as Andy took a low bow with a flourish. I too, clapped with a big smile like Ashly beside me. Hatter placed his top hat onto his mass of dark locks with a straight face. After a few moments of clapping and cheering, the party was back to normal. I felt a hand tap my shoulder. I turned around to see Andy somehow behind me with a big, crooked smile. He was so quick and stealthy. "I loved your performance." I spoke first with awe in my voice. Andy chuckled and held both my hands in his, looking at the ground bash fully. I too, blushed among his presence. Any contact between the two of us always makes my checks go rosy. Andy lifted his head and started into my eyes with his. "Well, it is a special occasion. I mean, wonderland has it's beautiful creature back." Yet again, I had no idea what he was talking about ,but of course, I blushed at his sweet comment. Andy massaged my hands in his as we just stared into each other's eyes. It wasn't awkward, it was heart melting having his ravishing blue eyes on mine. Our attention was drawn away from each other when we heard slow, orchestra music beginning to play. Several men and women were making their way to the floor together to dance. I turned my head to see Andy looking at me with a shy smile. He released my hands and bowed lowly with his palm open. "May I have this dance, my lady?" I blushed and giggled, setting my fingers in his open hand. "Yes, you may." I mumbled. Hatter stood straight with my hand still his with a crooked smile. He began to lead me to the floor, guiding me through the crowds. We reached the middle of the dancing area, the centre of all the turning, intertwined couples......
