I sit in the holding cell trying to hide my face from the other girls in there and then one walks over to me with a messy blond bun with burning blue eyes. "What are ya hiding doll face?" I cover my bruised face with my dark curls and pull my black coat closer. "Nothing." I mumble through my swollen lip and then she lifts me up from my coat collar. "You know what I am looking for runt... Give me the drugs you have." She hisses and her breath reeks of booze. I try kicking her but I am so weak it just turns into a helpless whimper.
Then the door opens. "Hey, put her down Ace... Grey someone's here to take ya home." The Warden says. She sets me down and I walk with a limp down the hall. Then before I know it someones arms are around me. I look up and see Chris's smile that has always been inviting. I nestle my face into his suit that smells of old spice. His nose nestles into the crook of my neck and he sighs. "I'm so glad you're okay." He mumbles. I nod slowly. "I'm so sorry for leaving you." "It's okay." I whisper. Then he kisses my lips in front of the Warden and I hear her giggle. "Take it outside guys."
He walks me to his car and helps me in when he notices I am limping. As he is driving and we stop at a stop sign he sees my black and blue left side of my face. "Ryan! Was your mom that tough?" I giggle and shake my head. "No but she gave me a good punch." Then when he gets me back to my house and inside he takes off my coat to see the gashes on my arms from my self harm moment three weeks ago, swollen and red with infection. He grabs the anti bacterial and puts it on a paper towel.
He presses two of them on my arms and I grimace. "Ryan... You need to be more careful." I nod slowly as he is wrapping them and then he goes to grab the trash cam and then he trips over my vodka bottle. He picks it up and his blue eyes show concern. "Do you want me to stay with you tonight?" "Please stay with me... I don't think I can be left alone." I mumble and then he takes my hand and takes me to my bed and lays me down and goes to grab my medications as he lays next to me. I push them away and kiss him. At first he doesn't respond but then he does in the most amazing way ever. He is my prescription, my addiction, my life, my unexpected help.
-------------------------The Next Day-------------------
The phone starts ringing and I pick it up as I lay on Chris's bare chest. My body aches from last night and I grab the phone from the night stand and answer it as I lay my head back on his chest. "Hello?" I ask in a raspy voice. "Miss. Grey this is Mr. Right, I have some possibilities for you into getting Cameron back... But you will have to do these things in order to get her back." I sit up a little, pulling the sheet's to my chest. "I'm listening." I say with a mischievous smile.
You must figure out what she must do in the next update!!!!!! I love you all my awkward turtles! Maddie Homoelle
