I awoke stiff and sore with a warm body underneath me. I felt refreshed through the discomfort. My body was covered by cheap feeling sheets and my hair was all around my face. I refused to open my eyes though, I wanted to fall back asleep again. The body beneath me was breathing deeply, bringing me out of dreamland and awakening me to experience a headache and a dry mouth. Last nights memories began to flood back and I relived them.

So after the entire of Asking Alexandria interrupted Ben mid thrust, we immediately booked it to a hotel. I remember sweaty bodies and moans and hands and laughs. The rest of the night seemed hazy but that was probably due to last nights tipsy state and this mornings haziness. I knew I felt great. That's what a well needed lay will do to you.

I decided after five more minutes of laziness to slowly open my eyes. They were stuck together. Oh God, this is why you don't sleep in false lashes. I moved one hand from Ben's hip and pried my eyes open. Well that hurt. I ripped them off and threw them across the room.
"Well I see somebody is awake." I heard a raspy British voice whisper.
"My eyes were stuck together." I complained.
I sat up a little more and stared at Ben's form. His arm was laying across his face and his pierced lips were turned up into a little smile. His other arm was firmly wrapped around my back, keeping our bodies together. He truly was beautiful. I was really thankful he came into my life.

Ben soon removed the arm from his face and looked at me. I expected to look like a Panda as I hadn't removed my eye makeup from last night. I was awaiting the insults immediately.
"Morning Princess." He smiled. "You look like a sexy panda."
There it was.
I rolled my eyes and laid back down on his chest. "Shut up."
We laid in silence for a bit longer, his fingers tracing my tattoos.
"You know, I really like that mermaid." He commented.
"Thanks." I responded.
"Well." He began. "Aren't you going to explain the story?"
"Oh right, yes." I cleared my throat. "Well, when I was a kid, my parents would always call me either Princess or Mermaid. I resonated better with the idea of being a mermaid and Brook had an obsession with mermaids. So I went to an artist, drew this up, and sat for two eight hour sessions and she was complete."
He nodded. "And what about the elephant?"
"That was my first tattoo and I was like 17. I love animals and elephants are one of my favourites so I just got it. No meaning behind it." I explained.
"Plans for any others?" He asked.
I nodded. "Heaps but no desire to get them right now."
"What about piercings?" He asked.
"You're very inquisitive today." I remarked. "But I have my belly button, my nose, heaps in my ears and I had my ears stretched but they shrunk. I'm going to get my lip or my septum soon."
He stayed silent for a bit, his hand laid on my back.
"Your turn." I winked.
"Well my chest piece is for my family, swallows always fly back home and my family always comes first. The stuff on the back of my neck is a cover up of my ex girlfriends name. My arms are visual representation of Asking Alexandria lyrics and I've just got dumb ones on my lower half. I have Jesus on my foot wearing an Iron Maiden shirt." He explained. "And I only have my lips pierced and I'm probably going to take them out sooner or later."
I nodded and accepted his answer. I was so exhausted and hungry but I didn't know which need to attend to first. Underneath me, I heard and felt a stomach growl. Ben was obviously faced with the same dilemma as I.
"Wanna get some breakfast?" Ben asked.
I smiled and nodded and we both agreed on McDonalds pancakes.

After breakfast, we decided to head back to the hotel and go our separate ways. We started to pack up my things and retrieve his as well as tidy up the room as best we could. Ben scheduled an Uber for us and then we headed outside to wait for it.
"I don't want to leave you." I whined slightly.
"I don't want you to leave me either." He wrapped his arms around my waist. "How about we go out on Tuesday night?"
"Are you asking me on a date Mr Bruce?"
He pursed his lips and pretended to be in thought. "It seems that I am."
"Well yes, I would love to go on a date with you." I laughed.
Suddenly our Uber appeared and we began the drive back to my place.
"Issy, this may be the wrong time to ask but, how do you feel about me?" He was staring intently at my black nail polish.
"Well it seems that I like you a lot more than friends like each other. Even though I've only known you for like a week."
He sighed. "Thank God." He looked at me and grinned. "I really like you Issy."
I rolled my eyes playfully and leaned over to kiss his lips. He was so so sweet. How did I end up so lucky?

Once we pulled up at my apartment building, Ben promised to pay my half of the Uber fare and we shared a long kiss. He promised to call me and we agreed to Skype tonight. I headed up the stairs to my floor, dreaming of a hot shower and Breaking Bad. Once I arrived at my apartment, I saw a person sitting on my doorstep. The person had bubblegum pink hair cut that was long and fell down past her back. Colourful tattoos covered the persons body but the most recognisable was a collection of colourful butterflies trailing down their chest.
"Monique?" I gasped.

(Sorry for such a short chapter. Needed some filler.)
