Why are all these chapters so short what the fuck

"Issy? Baby? C'mon now you've slept through your alarm." Ben's groggy voice paired with his hands softly shaking me woke me from my sleep.
I slowly opened my eyes and pushed my blonde hair from my tired eyes. Ben was the first thing I saw, shirtless with one hand raking back his unruly hair. I began to familiarise myself and realised I was in Ben's room as I had stayed the night. My suitcase was at the door along with my clothes from last nights club adventure.
"I'm hungover." I groaned, burying my face in the pillow.
Ben rubbed my back and laughed. "You and me both baby."
I was going to England today with Ben and his band and Tessa. I was nervous and terrified but excited. I was meeting Ben's family, announcing our relationship to the whole world and going to a huge festival and awards show. To Ben, this was normal, to me, this was absolutely fucking maniacal. How is this my life? I began to work myself silently into a tailspin of anxiety, stressing over every insignificant detail and overthinking everything. Coupled with a hangover, I was not in the best of states. I began to hyperventilate as a small panic attack overtook my senses. I needed air. I slipped out of bed quickly and threw on a shirt of Ben's to hide my naked body. Vomit rose up into my throat as I dashed into the bathroom, Ben's worried voice close behind me. I launched over the toilet bowl and began to empty everything into it, tears slipping from my eyes. I felt Ben hold my hair back with one hand and rub my back with the other. I really didn't feel good from the hangover and the anxiety. I just wanted to go home. I wasn't ready for this. Once I finished throwing up, I took my toothbrush from Ben's grasp and furiously brushed my teeth.
"You okay?" Ben asked worriedly, watching me brush my teeth.
I nodded, wanting to appease him and then make my escape. "Hangover." I said through a mouthful of toothpaste. I spat and ran back to the bedroom, followed closely by Ben. What was I doing? I couldn't just leave? He'd bought my plane ticket, told his family about me. I needed to snap out of my selfish shit and see the bigger picture. All my ambition to take off was eradicated when I saw him stand beside me at his full length mirror, looking at us.
"How did I get so lucky?" He whispered.
I laughed and quickly kissed him.
"Ew!" He groaned. "Don't kiss me with your vomit breath."
I rolled my eyes and walked back over to the bed, collapsing and closing my eyes. "Can I sleep off the hangover for another 10 minutes?"
He sighed and laid in bed next to me, wrapping one arm around my waist.

Sam woke us up again, telling us we had a half hour to get ready and eat before we had to leave. I groaned and shuffled out of bed like a zombie. I checked my phone and saw that it was 8am. I didn't want to imagine what time it was when Ben woke me up. I softly woke him up and began to make myself presentable. I stood in front of the large mirror and began to fix my hair into a messy bun before brushing mascara over my lashes and concealing my under eye circles with some concealer. I dressed into a pair of shredded black shorts and kept on Ben's shirt that I put on earlier which was a grey muscle tank with rips and holes everywhere. I threw on my old school vans and was ready to go. Ben, on the other hand, was still trying to hop into a pair of skinny jeans. Once he was ready, we headed downstairs to the kitchen with our luggage. Tessa was the first I saw, her orange hair unstyled and huge black sunglasses hiding most of her face. She was sat on top of James, who looked like death and Sam was looking quite chipper and ready for the day.
"Where's Danny and Cam?" I asked, forgetting what became of them last night.
"Probably still getting over last nights comedown and threesome. I'd go in there and wake them up but I've seen their penises way too often." Sam explained.
Vague memories of Danny and Cameron fighting over a black haired girl at the club came back to me. Ben volunteered to wake the guys up and I decided to cook breakfast for everyone, seeing as we had time and everyone was nursing hangovers. I cooked a large plate full of an assortment of toasted sandwiches and placed the plate on the centre of the table everyone was gathered around.
