Marty and I were walking through the halls of Hill Valley High School. We were laughing and talking as we walked out of our first class that we had together. Before I could comprehend what was going on, Marty was dragging me off to the side where some lockers were. "Marty what are you doing?" I asked as we went disappearing into a corner. "Shhh." Is all he says. I can't keep quiet. I want to know what's going on and why he's taking me over here. We need to be at our next class in the next four minutes. Marty's got that famous smirk of his on. I can't help but blush.
He leans in and cups my face. His thumb gently glides over my cheek. I feel him lean into me. I'm happy and scared at the same time. He's been paying attention to me more on the romantic side lately. I'm scared that somebody's going to see us. From what I can see it looks like Marty's hidden us well. But that always isn't the case. Just before my mind can decide to run wild, Marty presses his lips against mine. He does this very quick and I can understand why. It was still sweet though.
I think I'm starting to become addicted to his kisses. They're soft, warm, sweet, and best of all they're from him and his heart. We quickly pull away before anyone can see us despite our hiding place which was between the lockers and the wall near the entrance to the staircase for the second floor.
We recompose ourselves. As fun as it would be to kiss each other all day we need to stay focused. We don't have too much longer to get to class so I need to make this short. "Does she know yet?" I ask after he's done pulled away. I can't help but feel bad that I'm slowly taking away another girl's man. But then again I have to look at it this way. Marty and I aren't together. At least not officially that is. Also, this is his choice. I'm not making him choose me or someone else over her. This is all Marty's choice.
"No, but I will tell her. I don't want to lead her on. It's just not working out between us anymore." I nod at him. "We should hurry to class now. We have just under three minutes." "Yeah, that's a good idea. I can't afford to be late to class anymore." He smiles at me sweetly before darting out of the room. I head to my fourth class of the day.
Lucky for me, Marty just so happened to drag me off to the end where my fourth class was. His class is further down the hall than mine, but he should be fine. I love having moments like that with him, but I hope it doesn't backfire in our faces. I just don't want her to find out this way. I think, catching her in her assigned seat when I get to the door of the classroom. It would shatter her heart to catch us being lovey dovey and still together. I hope he tells her before that happens. I sigh lost in thought as I walked into the classroom.
