I stand up, straightening my posture and turning to face her. She is wearing the same long, white night gown with her hair laying on her chest and without shoes.

"I was out with a friend." I admit, telling her the truth. She takes a step closer towards me and squints her eyes slightly.

"Isn't it a bit late to be out with a friend?" Her soft voice questions, as a hint of jealousy can be detected in her tone.

"My truck broke down. We had to walk a few miles before I could get service to call a tow truck," I explain, knowing she is only pressing for answers because she was probably worried. One thing I have learned about Anna is that she cares a lot more then she lets on.

"You were with her, weren't you?" I look up to see a slightly upset Anna.

"Who?"

"You know who, Harry... The stunning blonde." I know exactly who she was talking about, but I was hoping I wouldn't have to tell her even though it's her who I like, not Jane.

"I was with Jane, but I can reassure you there is nothing going on between us." If Anna doesn't believe me I'm not really for sure what I would do. I care about her so much and want to be with her I wouldn't want having lunch with a friend ruin what little we had going on.

"I believe you." I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in, before walking over to Anna and holding her face within my large hands that take up the majority of her porcelain skin. I look into her eyes then back down at her lips before whispering,

"You have no idea how much that means to me." I lean in the rest of the way and lightly kiss her, knowing in the back of my mind that she can't feel anything, but a voice tells me maybe deep down she can.

If Anna wouldn't have believed me I would have been devastated, but thankfully she did and that's all that currently matters. A few seconds later she pulls back from the kiss and asks,

"Would you like some hot chocolate?" I nod, grabbing her hand as she leads me towards the kitchen.

I sit down at the bar and watch as she starts to prepare the hot coco. I study the way her hand grips firmly onto the milk carton and the way her eyebrows crease when some spills over the side onto the counter. I notice she bites her lips when she is in deep concentration, I find it adorable. A couple minutes pass before she sits the cup of hot liquid in front of me. I thank her and slowly blow at the hot substance.

"Is it good?" She asks, after I have tasted the chocolate goodness. I nod my head and continue holding onto the mug and take small sips. As I'm finishing off my drink, I notice the rain has let up and the storm is soon to pass. Anna must sense the weather dying out since she turns towards me and says, "I guess I will see you later." She breaths out, leaning over the counter and pecking my lips before disappearing into thin air.

I get up from my sitting position and put my cup in the sink before heading towards my bedroom. I flip all the lights off and strip down to my boxers and throw on a pair of baggy sweat pants before crawling into bed and falling asleep.

I'm slowly getting my crap together and updating once a week! You can expect the next chapter to be in Anna's POV! I can't wait to write it.
