Sequel to Words
Michael's barely alive. In order to keep him going he was put into a medical coma and doctors aren't sure they'll ever be able to wake him. A machine has taken over for his lungs and nearly every other organ in his body. Michael's still alive, but he's given up. Luke can't give up. That boy in the hospital bed no matter how broken and damaged is still Michael. No matter what Luke can't give up on him he won't. Luke and the others suffer through waiting for Michael to wake up, or, if Luke's prayers are ignored, for him to die. But Luke can't give up on Michael. And he can only pray that his love for the boy can be enough this time. If he gets a second chance.
