Evangeline Mech:

Well, either way, we manged to launch and we've successfully entered orbit. I unbuckled my seatbelt just as everyone else arrived in the cockpit, since they had experienced the launch in the control pods. FYI, the control pods are like front row seats of the Duck Shuttle so that was probably fun.

"Welcome back guys." Ran greeted.

I peeked over the chair and rested my chin on the back of the seat. "Had fun in your front row seats?"

"Sickening, but fun." Kazu replied.

"I'm glad we managed to launch alright." Ban said.

"Take a look at this!" Hiro exclaimed, heading over to the window seat. "Amazing... That's the Earth."

"It's beautiful..." Ami stated.

"We're really in space huh?" Jessica said.

"Awesome... A billion times awesome!" I quietly exclaimed.

"Hey, I can't see." Asuka tried to tiptoe but she ended up floating around due to the zero gravity.

"What are you doing, Asuka?" Ran asked jokingly.

"You can't just fly off like that." Hiro said, playing along.

"Help me out here!" Asuka shrieked. We laughed for a good while before helping her down.

10 minutes later, we meet up in the briefing room and the screen suddenly went on line, showing the presodent and the director.

"Papa!" Jessica called out.

"Miss President." Takuya called.

"It seems like you all made it safely." The president stated.

"You restored communication to NICS?" Ban asked.

"We forcibly opened a direct comkunication line with you." Director Kaios stated. "However, NICS is still completely blocked off. We haven't found a way to escape yet. Both the military and the government are being controlled by Gardyne. The fate of this planet is in your hands."

"We'll stop Paradise from attacking you at all costs." Ran stated bravely.

"There's nothing to worry about." Asuka stated. "We've got only the best LBX players in here. Right, Jessica?"

Jessica nodded. "We'll save both you, Papa and Earth!"

"We're counting on you, Jessica." Her father said.

"I pray that your mission will succeed." The president stated. And then the line was cut short.

We started to go over the plan. "More or less than 5 hours are left until Paradise recharges. There's no time to spare." Taluya stated. "We'll board Paradise and take control of the main computer, Adam and Eve, beforewe hit the limit. That's the mission we have to take."

"But the problem is how we're going to approach Paradise." Prof. Oozora stated.

That made me remember. "Oh yeah!" I blurted out. "It's a spatial military base. It has 40 anti-aircraft guns installed within the exterior walls. It's typically impossible to get through using a foreign ship without getting hit."

"How do you know so much?" Jessica asked surprised.

"You don't want to know." I replied. I hacked into NICS and also crosscheck with the info we got from the Professor. I wanted to blurt out.

"It had that kind of thing installed?" Cobra asked, surprised.

"Yes." Prof. Oozora replied. "After that, they'll predict the enemy's movements and attack accordingly. If we don't develop a strategy against this, we won't be able to get close to Paradise, much less dock on it."

"If they can predict our movements, then all we have to do is work around it." Otacross stated.

"What do you mean?" Ran asked.

"We just have to counterattack the system's predictions." Otacross said proudly. "And improve the Duck Shuttle's pilot system with a flight program that exceeds them."

"Does a program like that exist?" Prof. Oozora asked.

"All we have to do is make one." He replied.

"Impossible. We're too short on time." She stated.

"It's only impossible if i work alone." He stated. "Haruka-tan, you developed Adam and Eve yourself, no? I can feel that ypu're pretty good at one person shooting games too."

"Now that you mention it, you might be right." She replied.

"But there's something important about party playing in games." He said.

"Party playing?" Yuuya asked.

"It's when you team up and fight with your friends in RPGs." Hiro stated.

"RPG is Role Playing Games, right?" I asked. Hiro nodded in reply.

"By combining diferent strengths of each member,what was impossible for you alone is now possible!" Otacross stated. "Even if I can't improve the Duck Shuttle's evasion prpgram by myself, if Haruka-tan and I team up, we can complete it in no time."

"So that's what you meant..." Prof. Oozora muttered. "Alright, let's create the program together."

Then Metamo, the robo-pilot of the Duck Shuttle called in and warned us about enemy attacks. Everyone else went to the control pods except me. I went to help Professor Yamano so he can complete the new LBXs faster. Once we're done, he went to the control pod room to give it to Ban and Hiro. The LBXs were, for Ban, Ikaros Zero and for Hiro, Ikaros Force. I went back to my seat in the cockpit and hold may ground as the battle rages on. I can see explosions from the window of the Duck Shuttle. Well, they're doing well... Proto I's specs are better than what I expected.

Niara Levanov:

We spied on Gardyne, Bishop and Lex from the escape pod room. Yeah, it's been like an hour since we left the ship and we're still near the hangar. We kept watching him from Kirito's CCM who was using his Joker to spy on them.

"So Yamano Ban and his group are heading over here..." Kirito muttered. "I have to do something about them before they get in my way. Only 3% left until the Cylops AI becomes the perfect brain. Omce that happens, I can bring back Amy." He called back Joker and started walking off to some random direction.

Does he have a map of this place inprinted on his brain or something? I repeatedly asked myself mentally.

I sighed and followed him. Yamano Ban and his friends are coming. Then there's that girl I battled. What was her name again? Oh yeah. Evangeline Mech. She seemed pretty cool. Maybe I'll try taking her on.

I smiled to myself. "My next target, Evangeline Mech."
