Goodbye

They had finally found them. "Ms. Mito!" Arata exclaimed.

"Ms. Mito, please head to safety!" Haruki told her.

"I can't. The gondola's in peices." Ms. Mito explained.

The Hikaru noticed something. A long grey haired man on the ground. "Seredy?"

"So he was here too..." Haruki muttered. "But there's something strange about him."

"Please wait! We'll bring you another gondola ASAP!" Arata said.

He then got out of the control pod, just as everyone else did. Arata began running but soon ran out of energy, nearly falling if it weren't for Hikaru. Arata, Hikaru and Haruki went to pick up the remaining three in the Lost Area, whilst Muraku was told to guide everyone out of the building.

Kenbishi Hannah:

When I woke up, the first people I saw were Nikolai, Muraku, Mikhail and Vanessa. Wait a minute, I'm alive? And they are too? That's... Surprising.

Vanessa helped me off and whacked me on the head. "Don't do that ever again!"

I rubbed my head. "I won't, geez."

"You said something quite irresponsible before you were... Put to sleep." Muraku added.

I shrugged. "I had to repay you somehow."

"Let's go help the others." Nikolai said with his huge grin.

"Right."

It was dawn by the time we got out. I guess those who weren't 'put to sleep' were battling all night. We all met up by the docks and were surpised to see Ayabe. Based on what Gendou told us, he was shot down. All the Ezeldarm members were arrested and so was Kaito. With the teachers, Mr. Kaidou was rolling a grey haired man on a wheelchair.

"Headmaster." Mr. Kaidou called getting his attention.

"Is that man Seredy Kreisler?" The headmaster asked surprised.

"He's actually 90 years old." Mr. Kaidou stated. "The majority of his body is artificial... They're Optima organs."

"Take him away." The headmaster ordered.

"What's 'Optima'?" Nikolai asked.

I sweatdrop. "Go ask your cousin."

He shook his head. "Can't. She's catching up with her old friend in the helicopter Jin-san's walking into."

I turned my head and found who looked like a 17 year old girl in front of the helicopter, chatting with Niara happily. Blonde hair in a pony tail... Crimson eyes... That comforting smile... Eva-san?

I walked over to then just as some men took Seredy in place of Mr. Kaidou. The blonde girl looked down on me with a smile where as Mr. Kaidou and Niara looked at me with confusion.

"Eva-san...?" I asked carefully.

"Kenbishi Hannah, wasn't it?" She asked, still smiling. "I heard about what happened."

I looked down. "I'm sorry about your LBX."

She shook her head. "It's fine. If it was that badly beaten up then that means that you're a good player. You trust your LBX, which makes it put its trust on you too."

I blinked then smiled. "Thank you."

She nodded and pointed behind me. I looked back and found the sisth platoon and Nikolai wondering. Nikolai made an angry gesture at them and then walked over to us with hands in his pocket.
